GY Boutique Hotel — Hotel in South Island

Had a 4 night stay here just last week, loved it. The rooms were had their own theme (we stayed in two as we extended our time and changed rooms), very quirky. Beds and pillows very comfortable, air conditioned, Tv and great showers. ONe of the rooms was slightly smaller than the first one (upstairs) and there was very little room to put your luggage so we were climbing over it all the time and the bathroom was smaller than the upstairs room so a bit poky. Overall would highly recommend this place to stay - good value for money. We ate most of our meals in the cafe/bar next door - the food is delicious, perhaps could offer pizza or maybe a fish and chip meal as alternative to the Asian flavours predominant in the other menu items. But we kept going back for more and would definitely recommend this...

Definitely recommend to check the place, views are amazing. Staff are pleasant and very helpful. Unfortunately didn’t have opportunity to stay here as my flight got canceled because of weather, but we came here for breakfast with was by the way delicious. Stayed here a few weeks ago for a night when I first came to Queenstown. Also ate in their cafe( was lovely! ). At first wasn't sure about the room but it was actually brilliant. Curtains electric open and close , smart TV so get prime etc, wireless charging , good lighting , lovely and warm.
