My 9 years in this country, never have I faced racism in this beautiful country but this person was so mean to me and my friends looked like it was because we were Indians. As she seemed ok with other people. It could be either because she lives in this small town where she is rarely interacting with Indians or she didn’t get a pay hike as she was expecting any way her behaviour was not at all hospitable. We ordered some coffee/tea on a cold rainy day and requested if long black can be mixed with some normal water which usually all cafe ask the customer but she refused saying that “No I can’t do it and to add it on our own from the bar”. While she was making the coffee, our friend’s baby started crying for milk. We asked her if she can heat up the milk bottle in the microwave in the kitchen. And she replies really rudely making a face “No, I can’t as I am very busy making coffee so ask the lady at the bar”. The reply we expected was “Sure, just let me finish doing this and then help you with that.” Anyway accepting our fate with this racist lady we went and asked the lady at the bar who refused saying there is risk of cross contamination which is still acceptable response even though this milk was in the milk bottle and even in hotels they do help heating up the milk bottle as they can follow the proper cleaning of the microwave after that which I am guessing never happens in this restaurant. If you care about your restaurant’s reputation please give some more training to the racist lady to be more hospitable and kind to others or if she is the owner God save your...

But it's not worth a special trip. Especially if you are looking for a...
