We recently stayed at Palau Central Hotel as we were on Scuba Holiday diving with Sams Tours. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from the time they picked us up at the airport to when they dropped us back at the end of the trip. The hotel was neat and clean and had a magnificent view of the rock islands (what a way to wake up with that view). Bathroom and room facilities were excellent. Breakfast provided each day was delicious with the kitchen staff cooking eggs to your preference and a rotation of pancakes and french toast along with the regular items (delicious cooked potato and sausages). Toast, Bagels and condiments along with breakfast cereal options. The fresh orange juice was really delicious and the Drip Coffee was set up all day for access to patrons (plus biscuits/cookies). Very friendly and helpful reception staff (extra special shout-out to Rose who just went above and beyond for us) plus the hotel gave us beach towels to take with us on our trips every day and they collected them to wash each afternoon. Cleaners did an amazing job each day (Thanks Carmen). Would definitely highly recommend the hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat. We loved that we could access the Canoe Bar downstairs for dinners (amazing burgers) and also given the great location was a short walk to amazing Japanese, Thai and Indian Restaurants.

This girth really if in the middle of everything, walk everywhere you need to. Views are great, pool, free good breakfast, free wifi that was good. Clean hotel and room, the resto and bar Sydney to the hotel isn't that great for food but a good spot to drink, little too no locals there, mostly military and expats, a young crowd at that. Someone left their Netflix up from their previous stay so I enjoyed there's instead of connecting my best friends 🤷🏿‍♂️. I fvkd up someone's playlist by finishing what they was watching and watching news things so their suggestions will be off as well. I wish that TV let me change the names of the profiles because I was gonna thank them; 1. Because of 2. You I enjoyed 3. Palau 4. Thank you 5. Bighomieced💪🏿

Rating 3 ⭐️ as I am not sure this fits into a boutique hotel as the name prevails… Bed is one of the best I have ever had and was perfect for what I came to do: recover! Staff is very friendly and helpful, however, the fact that the hotel has no “affiliation” with any rental or tour guide, makes it more tricky to organize and also show lack of engagement in the local community. Everything was all very functioning in the room, tidy and clean. Outdoor is cozy and with some fake grass (!!) a pool (small) and few sun beds and outdoor games. Breakfast is on the other side very poor… maybe bad luck because of the low season, but overall very disappointing.

I stayed just over a week at Palau Central Hotel. I could not have been happier. The entire hotel is clean. My room was spotless. I was pleased and surprised by the excellent staff. They make it feel like you are truly welcome. I enjoyed the clean water brought to the room in glass bottles. My room had a mini fridge so I could always have cold safe water ready to go. This place had a lot of little touches that really help. The lights were perfectly placed for reading in bed. My room was quiet and perfect. The bed and bedding were top notch quality and I slept great. I enjoyed the views from the room. Dark curtains were perfect and appreciated. I utilized the breakfast option most days as it was well stocked for healthy and filling food before a day of diving or exploring Palau. They make eggs to order and they were perfect each and every time. Great Wi-fi to stay connected to family back home. I am confident I have never stayed anywhere that had better staff. They were amazing, kind, happy and helpful. The pool grounds, lobby and artwork around the facility were cool and really made it feel unique and special. I wish more hotels were like this one. Palau Central Hotel is a jewel of the world not just Palau. If you are going to Palau, you need to stay at Palau Central. They will help with anything you need. The location was perfect for resting and meeting new people. Its location is also perfect as I was able to walk to great shops, restaurants and attractions. I did use the Spa for a massage. The massage was one of the best I have ever had, professional, clean and soothing setting. Shower was very nice with perfect pressure and hot water. I want to go back! Thank you to the staff at Palau...

When I arrived in Palau my cell phone didn't work. I'm glad I downloaded Google Maps before I arrived in Palau so I could get around in my rental car. I stayed at Palau Central Hotel for my birthday week.

Palau Central Hotel staff helped me book tours on the island. The hotel had tour advertisements in the lobby and I felt this was helpful. A Tropical Storm was near Palau and brought alot of rain and high winds.

The staff let me know my tours were canceled because the tour POC contacted the hotel to inform them. Palau Central Hotel staff helped me find other things to do on the island.

The morning of my birthday, I had a sign taped to my door saying "Happy Birthday Love Palau Central Hotel." I thought this was so cute. I went downstairs for Hotel breakfast. While eating breakfast, Palau Central Hotel staff brought out a cake and sang Happy Birthday to me. All the guest at breakfast joined in as well. It was really cute and I brew out the candle and made a wish.

I loved the light switches on the headboard in my room. This was so convenient once I got in the bed to turn out the lights and go to sleep.

Next time I'm in Palau, I will definitely stay at the Palau...
