I purchaced a birthday gift and cake for my daughter in Palau. I am currently off island so I made a order through email. Russ is very helpful to attend to my request even it was a lot of trouble for him to do all. He helped me from choosing a gift till wrapping and make sure to pass it to the family. Always respond me in a timely manner, so it went very smoothly. He coordinate with Cris who assisted me with payment. I had a very bad experience tonight. As i approach the supermarket tonight at around 9:30pm. I supposed to leave my small bag at the baggage counter and I asked assistance to the baggage person (thin & tall male guy), I was shocked as I was told to check myself which one is available. Where in the world a baggage person will tell a regular guest like me who is almost everyday buying goods from your supermarket. Are your staff not trained how to treat your customers. Inside the supermarket there is hot food available at really affordable prices.
