Read moreWe loved staying at this conveniently located hotel in the center of Koror. Oya was a wonderful host and nothing was too much trouble for him. Our room was spotless and huge with a separate sitting area, plenty of closet space, a small kitchen with everything needed to make a simple meal. The bathroom had a tub/shower combo and one long storage shelf for all your bathroom needs. The hotel is just off the main road in Koror so was quiet and we had a beautiful view from our private balcony of the tropical garden next door. Breakfast was served on the top floor with eggs fixed like you wish plus bacon, fresh fruits, cereal, breads and juices. We are scuba divers who have visited Palau many times over the past 40 years and have stayed in many hotels in Koror but this is our favorite and we will stay here on our next visit. BTW, there is a covered drying area and a rinsing tub for scuba gear on the top floor which is very convenient. You can walk to many restaurants and some will come to the hotel and take you to and from their business free of...

Wonderfully clean, quiet hotel, just off the main street down a hill that shelters it from main street traffic sounds. Also close to shopping (W.C.T.C.), eating cheap at "Canoe House" (American), mid-range Japanese at "Tori Tori," or pricey at "Taj" (Indian). Pharmacy & clinic also nearby.
Breakfast (included for tourists), served on roof. Tropical birds visible from roof, looking into rainforest.
Managed by Oyasan, a wonderfully pleasant, and helpful owner. He helped arrange last-minute activities. We were also awarded complimentary extras when extending our stay.
Staff from the Philippines, attentive above expectations.
When power fails, this hotel has a generator. We had Wifi & hot showers, when other diving friends didn't.
