Wyndham Garden Panama Centro — Hotel in Bella Vista

Do not stay in this hotel. Our 1st impression was that it was ok just for sleeping. Breakfast is really poor, toaster broke, but still it was ok until our second night, there was a bunch of young teens having a party in their rooms close to midnight. 4th and 5th floor, staff didn't do anything, we called 5 times and they said, they couldn't hear anything from lobby, they didn't even went to check giving them the room numbers, we had to go to those rooms to ask them to stop making noise (and of course they didn't stop). We all was young and understand parties and fun, but is a limit, you have respect other people and the most frustrating part was staff behavior, they claim they didn't knew were the noise was, they didn't even bother in coming floor by floor checking all was ok. I had reservations at another Wyndham property, but was moved here by the hotel after they claimed to not have a single room with working air conditioning. Room was fine, clean and spacious. However, there’s no pool, no view, no breakfast. All things that were at the other property! The desk staff will give you a letter to use a pool at another hotel(not a Wyndham), but you have to pay the cab fare, 15 dollars round trip. This property is similarly named to other Wyndhams in the city and taxis can’t find it easily. They will take you to the wrong one first! Had to call repeatedly to get towels in the room.
