Hotel Avellaneda-Inn — Hotel in Distrito de Cusco

I was a in a party of 3. We found this hotel on arrival with the help of a travel agent on arriving at the airport. (8-10 sols to hotel from airport)||We stayed in 2 different rooms during our stay (before and after visiting Machu Picchu.)||||The hotel was fair.||The rooms were clean and warm.||The bathroom was very clean. Good powerful hot shower.||Television worked. Not that we had time to watch it.||Wifi- was hit or miss. Mostly miss.||||Breakfast- fair. Tea/coffee. Fresh Juice. Scrambled egg. Fresh bread. Also mates/ teas at reception 24/7||Location. 3 blocks from the main plaza. On the parallel to Avenida del Sol. Out of our window we could see the Qoricancha. Good location.||||Payment. The hotel was very basic. The door in the bathroom was broken, I was given one small towel, I could not figure out the TV, and my room was directly on a very loud street, but I didn't really expect much as the price was so low. One thing I can say, the hotel is only about 5 minutes from the city center, and the hotel owner/manager really took care of me. Me hospedé con mi familia los primeros días de agosto, fuimos bien atendidos desde la llegada, consideramos que cuenta con lo básico para quedarse unos días en Cusco, ya que necesitamos descansar tras los paseos y tours, cuenta con su termo de agua caliente para q te hagas tu mate de coca y otras infusiones, el desayuno es bueno, café, leche, pan, mantequilla y huevos en tortilla, de 7 a 9 am, el equipamiento de las habitaciones es sencillo pero lo importante es q tienen agua caliente siempre. El dueño, amablemente,nos ayudó a conseguir hotel en aguas calientes, ya q la temporada para ir a Machu Picchu, era muy alta. Otro punto a favor es la ubicación, cerquita del Qoricancha y de la Av.
