Incredible, absolutely wonderful experience. Words cannot express my gratitude towards Giara,Walter and all the wonderful stop at Katharine Apt Hotel for taking such good care of me. First of all the location is very close to the airport, a nine dollar taxi ride. It is perfectly located on the main street close to everything at walking distance. Major grocery stores 11 minutes away main Plaza 10 minutes away, walking, Mercado San Pedro 15 min walking. My check in experience was a breeze. I just notified the business right next door, Peru, rail office who got Giara who is a sweet, adorable person. Right away I knew I was in good hands. She showed me my apartment which was apartment number nine. I had two beds and they were so clean. Pillows and sheets smelled impeccably clean. The place was beautiful. I had a kitchenette with a microwave and stove top. I had limited kitchen equipment, but I asked Giara to provide me with more things and she was helpful. I had piping hot water, toilet paper, and even a wonderful kettle to boil my tea. They provide you with a breakfast menu and every morning I texted her on WhatsApp to tell her what I wanted for breakfast. They had good options. It was so nice to have someone make breakfast for you. She was so sweet what really impressed me however, was for the first day I arrived in Peru I had a severe case of altitude sickness. It was so bad I seriously thought I was gonna die. I wasn’t able to walk get up or do anything so Giara called the doctor to come and visit me. Her partner Walter went to the drugstore and got me an oxygen tank and some altitude sickness pills. The doctors visit and the pills cost me $70. The doctor also gave me pills included in all this price incredible within two days I was all better and able to go to Machu Picchu. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without them because I am a solo traveler. There is nothing more scary than getting sick when you’re in a foreign country thank you Giara, Walter, and all the staff at Katharine apt hotel. I will be back, and I will always stay here. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cusco. The price is incredible, the staff go above and beyond for you, and if it rains, they even provide umbrellas! What more can you ask for? I am so grateful I...

I had the pleasure of staying at Katari Qorikancha Apart Hotel in Cusco, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for in the most exceptional way.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed, offering comfort, elegance, and a perfect location in the heart of Cusco. Every detail is thoughtfully curated to provide guests with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are immaculate, spacious, and well-equipped, making for a truly pleasant stay.

However, what truly sets Katari Qorikancha apart is the incredible hospitality, especially from Mariela. She is the heart and soul of guest service at this hotel. Her kindness, professionalism, and dedication go beyond expectations. She genuinely cares about the well-being of every guest, ensuring that their experience is as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Her warmth and attentiveness make a lasting impression, and it’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in delivering five-star service with a genuine smile. If you’re visiting Cusco, I highly recommend Katari Qorikancha Apart Hotel. Not only will you be surrounded by comfort and beauty, but you’ll also be treated with the highest level of hospitality, thanks to Mariela and the wonderful team.

Thank you for making my stay...

This place has a great location and everything you need. The staff was incredibly helpful, and we loved the breakfast, which was practically served to our bed! We stayed here after a five-day hike and had a very restful time. The heating worked perfectly, which was a huge relief—we finally warmed up and could just relax, especially since our last place in Cusco didn't have proper heating. I would only hesitate to recommend it for two types of travelers: - If you are tall. The beds are a bit short (around 1.80m, Standard Double Room). - If you have a lot of luggage. There was very little space for our bags.

Really enjoyable stay. I stayed here before my Machu Picchu trip and after. The location is really convenient. Inca rail office and bus pick up is right downstairs. Hearty breakfast in the room. Smart TV with Netflix. Alex is very kind and always responsive. One note for people arriving at the hotel, the main door is locked. You will need to WhatsApp the number shown on the glass door to get assistance.
