Despite looking at their website online the night before, there was no info in english saying children 6 and over had to purchase tickets. I purchased the 10 day Cusco Tourist ticket for myself and for all other sights, museums and attractions that were part of the ticket, children under 10 years old (like my children) were FREE. We arrived to the theater after walking for half an hour and eating at a bad restaurant nearby as there were few options. After waiting in a long line in the cold, we got to the front and the lady at the door said my children needed to purchase tickets. I explained to them that I tried to find info on their website before making the effort to come to the theater and couldn't find any info that made sense about children paying for a ticket. I'm attaching a screenshot from their website and even though my spanish is intermediate, I have no idea what these three "Eventos" mean. Super confusing and there were no links that worked that were in English about pricing (and I spent about 5 minutes on the website trying to figure it out). We are living in Peru for 6 months, my children attend a local school and we are not wealthy tourists. I was really frustrated by the bad info on the website and rude service at the ticket office so we decided to leave without attending the show. Bad end to an otherwise lovely day in Cusco. Centro Qosqo really needs to fix their website and explain things better in English since probably about half of their clientele don't understand Spanish perfectly. My kids and I have been slow traveling around the world for 2 years and I'll make sure not to recommend Centro Qosqo on our family...
