Exquisite Vegan Dining Experience at Parada Vegan Restaurant

My recent visit to Parada Vegan Restaurant in Cusco left me utterly impressed and fully satisfied. As a vegan enthusiast, I've explored various plant-based eateries across different cities, but Parada Vegan undoubtedly stands out as one of the best in Cusco.

From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance that set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The restaurant boasts a spacious and inviting atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a meal with friends or family.

One of the most impressive aspects of Parada Vegan is its extensive menu, offering a diverse array of vegan delights that cater to every palate. Whether you're craving classic comfort foods or innovative culinary creations, Parada Vegan has something to satisfy your cravings. From hearty salads bursting with fresh, locally sourced ingredients to savory main courses that redefine plant-based dining, every dish is a true masterpiece.

But what truly sets Parada Vegan apart is the impeccable service provided by the staff, especially our waitress, whose friendly demeanor and attentive service added an extra layer of enjoyment to our meal. Her genuine passion for vegan cuisine shone through as she guided us through the menu and ensured that each dish exceeded our expectations.

In summary, my experience at Parada Vegan Restaurant was nothing short of exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking delicious vegan fare in Cusco. With its delectable food, inviting atmosphere, and outstanding service, Parada Vegan earns a perfect 10 out of 10 rating from me. Don't miss the opportunity to dine at this culinary gem during your...

Mixed service, fantastically delicious vegan food. We visited this place two times.

The first time the waitress was unfriendly, not helpful, not communicative and overall unprofessional. She pressured us to order by asking very frequently for our order. Even when we offered to order the drinks already, she stood there afterwards staring at us while we would have liked to discuss the menu in our pace. Despite serving international customers, the waitress could not speak or understand english. Even after asking in spanish she struggled to understand and help, replying with unnecessary questions instead of providing a solution. She tried to remember the order without taking notes and got it wrong several times. This waitress brought the food plates and simply dropped it chaotically at the small table without asking what belongs to whom. She also did not explain the names of the plates she brought.

On our second visit the experience was way better. We got another waitress, who was very friendly and easy to talk to, in english and spanish. She remembered the whole order and had a positive charisma. We saw the waitress from the first visit again and she still seemed cheerless.

So sadly the quality of service and overall experience depends on the waitress you get. The food in contrast to the mixed service was incredible tasty everytime and 100% vegan

Parada Vegan offers a unique dining experience that stands out from the typical restaurant setting. With its hip decor and the feel of a courtyard within an old building, the ambiance is refreshingly different. The moment we stepped in, the warm and friendly staff welcomed us, and we were immediately struck by the non-traditional setup. The menu was simple and presented on a clipboard, adding to the laid-back vibe.

We were served by an incredibly friendly and cheerful server—who we later found out was a temporary helper, yet you'd never guess it from their enthusiasm. They even provided hand sanitizer at the table, a thoughtful touch that added to the overall experience.

For our meal, we ordered the Pad Thai (with a request for extra spice), the Vegan Grill, and Hummus with Falafel. The presentation of each dish was superb, and the portion sizes were generous—more than enough to leave us completely satisfied. The flavors were fantastic, with the Pad Thai delivering the perfect spicy kick.

At the price point, the meal was an absolute steal. Great food, excellent service, and a cozy yet modern courtyard ambiance made for an unforgettable evening. Oh, and if you're planning a longer stay, there's even an Airbnb on the top floor with several rooms—perfect for making a weekend out of it!

Overall, Parada Vegan provides a relaxed, welcoming experience with fantastic food that’s hard to beat. Highly recommended for both the food and...

Extremely tasty and nutritious food! We are pescatarians but didn’t miss the animal products at all. The photos are of partially eaten dishes FYI. We got the quinoa chaufa, tropical maki, pad Thai and Vietnamese summer rolls. They were all great but we were especially impressed by the vegan maki which was delicious and also incredibly creative and beautifully presented. I havent had vegan sushi before and ordered it on a lark but it blew me away. There is also a shop in the courtyard selling actual handmade local goods (not mass produced stuff that is extremely abundant in Cusco) with a punky/DIY vibe like art prints, ceramics, stickers, some records, low/no waste cosmetics and body care items, etc. Very complimentary to the restaurant!

We loved this all vegan restaurant just inside one of the arched gateways to the historical center of Cusco, so much so that we came here twice during our 3 day stay in Cusco. The food is beautifully presented, freshly prepared with a lot of love, very tasty and so reasonably priced!! Everything we tried was delicious! And their fresh lemonade with mint, and fresh passion fruit juice with ginger, are reason enough to drop by! By far the best juices in Cusco! Their lemon pie was exquisite. I had the chocolate cake on my second visit and though beautifully presented and not too sweet at all, wasn’t chocolatey enough for my expectations. I’d definitely have the lemon pie again and again :)
