The staff is very polite and always willing to help. They are very friendly and if you have any problems you should just ask right away. . They let me check in one hour earlier and check out one hour late. Also on my last day I left my backpack with them while I toured around for the rest of the day and nothing was lost or stolen.||I think be best feature was the mini fridge in the room. ||||Now to the bad part:||Their credit card terminal almost never works||Their WiFi is horrible||BEWARE: Their exchange rate is a rip off. I live in Canada, but I am Peruvian, I made sure to ask and to make sure they understood this, yet still I got ripped off.||They try to charge you an additional 10% if you use your credit card. Just threaten to leave and this will be waived. ||The worst part: The bathroom. It was dusty! It was very clear it hasn´t been cleaned in a while.||The light in the room was flickery, like out of a horrow movie and sometimes at night to save money they shut off the lights on the halls.||||CONCLUSION: This is an overpriced hotel. The staff is great but does not make up for the falicities that could use...

We arrived late into Iquitos via boat and needed a hotel. Of the 6 or so hotels we checked, only two had rooms, the Dorado at s/400 and the Anaconda s/90, but for a small room - all they had left. We needed a place so we took two small rooms for each of us. The room was small, single bed, but nice. They said they take AmEx but they do not. The next morning I went around to the same hotels and asked about availability and prices. The Anaconda was s/120 for larger room. I found other hotels with very nice new modern large rooms for s/80 in excellent locations, e.g., Ari´s Hotel. If you have time, check around because Iquitos does have modern hotels for reasonable prices near...

Nos recogieron del aeropuerto, lo cual me pareció excelente, ya que fue en auto. Y también nos recomendó una agencia de viajes para hacer nuestro full day al día sgt. La habitación excelente que tenga aire acondicionado, wifi, había piscina que tenía solo una medida, el desayuno muy completo y bueno, lástima que solo sea hasta las 9am. Creo que les falta un poco más en la habitación como limpiar lo pelos que quedaron en la ducha, poner una cortina en la ducha y de repente un par de toalla más, deberían ser un poco más flexible con el late check out solo nos dieron 1 hora adicional pero al menos nos guardaron el equipaje en el almacén.
