It started with the quick response from the staff when I booked the room online and requested a shuttle from the airport! Same-day response and our guy, Michael, was on time, kind, and pointed out highlights of Iquitos as we drove to the hotel.||The hotel was more than expected in value and for us, PERFECT - rooftop view of the entire city and the pool was a lovely break from the heat!! Breakfast was handmade in front of you every morning in the kitchen downstairs! The staff throughout the entire process was amazing! The location was great as it was close to Plaza de Armas and a mercado was just around the corner! We will stay here again when we return. Pleasant surprise! There is a small pool on the roof where anyone can go, not just clients and I found it to have very dirty water which you can see when the pool lights are on.
