Central Miraflores Hotel Boutique — Hotel in Lima Metropolitan Area

The location of the hotel was great but I had a very disappointing stay here. The room was really dirty when I got there, visible layer of mud on the bathroom floor, unknown substances on the headboard, dirt on the walls, and the shower hadn’t been cleaned/wiped down. The bed sheets had a hole burned through them.

I was told they accepted credit card, but they didn’t accept my Amex or MasterCard. Then they overcharged with the exchange rate.

The breakfast was ok, but beyond that I was disappointed with the rest of the stay here.

I hope other people have better experiences and the housekeeping is improved, the hotel design was good and like I said the location was great so this place has tons...

Pésima experiencia.

-La habitación tiene olor a humedad, los extractores no funcionan y al llegar es como entrar en una cueva. -No se puede dormir, descansar hasta que uno lo desee pues las ventanas dan a un patio-comedor donde a las 6:00 am empiezan a mover mesas, encender jugueras para preparar desayuno, despertando a todos. -Olvidense de querer dormir una siesta o reposar después de almuerzo porque el ruído de los taladros por las reparaciones del hotel son terribles. -OJO PERSONAS CON MOBILIDAD REDUCIDAD, Hay un exceso de escaleras al interiro de las habitaciones.

Muy malo, la habitación grande pero sucia, con mal olor y los techos llenos de moho, hongos, la caños se movían y todos estaba oxidado y mal conservado ( la mejor suite con Jakussi, que ni lo usamos) al pedir otra habitación, nos querían dar otra pero en las mismas condiciones. La segunda noche no nos quedamos y perdimos lo pagado pese a realizar el cheque out antes y hablar de lo ocurrido. El desayuno lo vimos y ni nos dió...
