Radisson RED Miraflores — Hotel in Lima Metropolitan Area

Radisson Red Miraflores is centrally located in an area where there are plenty of restaurants and retail shopping available. The hotel is colorful, vibrant and trendy, just super nice. We arrived before check in time and Valeria at the reception helped us with early check-in, and assisted in switching us into a room with double beds. She advised us of breakfast availability starting at 6 am. The room we had comes with comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, and space is good!

Breakfast the next morning was great - Diego, our server, was very nice and served us with coffee and juices within a few minutes of sitting down. Breakfast tastes great - Waffles, Eggs, Fruit Bowl with Yogurt, Tuna - all are wonderful. After breakfast we inquired with Veronica at a the reception desk about possible hop on hop off tours, shopping and airport shuttle- she is very knowledgeable and provided us information on our questions, as well as helped with setting up the ride back to the airport. She also assisted in answering all reservations questions and resolved billing questions. The shopping center is about a 15 to 20 minutes walk and at this time of year, it was a pleasant walk with light breeze.

Our stay here is for 2 nights and we will definitely come back to this hotel as well as stay at other Radisson Red hotels. This Radisson Red hotel in Miraflores changed my impression of the Radisson brand - Especially because Valeria, Veronica, and Diego all provided excellent service. Management at The Red Radisson:|| I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate the outstanding customer service that your staff provided my wife and myself two weeks ago. For the past four years my wife and I have stayed at the Red Radisson Miraflores. Every August for four to five days while visiting my wife’s family in Lima before we adventure to Chiclayo to visit her parents and other family members. Your staff was very attentive and helpful. The employee my wife interacted with went above and beyond providing outstanding customer service. I believe her name is Gronely. Every morning after our breakfast, we would come back down and sit at a table in the lobby and my wife would plant her face into her laptop computer to catch up on her work. Gronely went above and beyond, every morning Gronely would come over to my wife and offer her coffee and ask my wife if there was any thing else that she could get for my wife. I know this young lady has other priorities that come with her job. However, for her to go the extra mile and take the time to come over to where my wife was sitting and provide my wife with outstanding customer service was very well appreciated and noted.|Because of Gonely’s efforts, and as well as the other employees their efforts has not gone unnoticed. Great new hotel. The rooms are modern with sliding doors to separate the bathroom from the main room. Very comfortable bed as well as a coat hanger on the wall which makes it convenient to hang your coat or bag when arriving from being out in the city. The reception area has a snooker table, foosball, and an arcade game loaded with quite a few games. The breakfast service is about the only thing that is lacking about this great place. Sad to say that breakfast left alot to be desired. We were his dad a menu with 4 items on it. While delicious in their own respect, it was the service that was sub par. The waitress would refill the coffee or orange of someone at the table while leaving the others empty. After we had ordered our breakfast, we ate it and asked for another plate that was on the menu. She confirmed if we were sure and never brought it. On top of the "not refilling anything unless you hold the cup where the waitress could see it," we just couldn't didnt want to eat breakfast there again. That was just our experience. The manager Javier is a great, happy, and genuine personality! Thanks for your hard work and overall great place!
