Las Gaviotas de Paracas Hotel — Hotel in Paracas

I’m not sure how this hotel has good ratings. When I arrived there was no toilet paper and two of the pillows were missing covers in my room.

Additionally, the WiFi doesn’t work at all and it gets very loud with the neighbors playing music early in the morning.

However, my biggest issue is the security here is almost non existent. I came home after a tour and my door was wide open after I’m 100% sure I locked it. I noticed a small amount of money was missing as well. There’s no safe in the rooms or places to put valuables.

I will say the rooms are good value and the shower is hot. I personally had a big bathroom in my room as well.

However, any positives are negated by the complete lack of security in the building. It’s not safe for tourists to leave...

Amazing clean and basic rooms.

Breakfast inclusive and nice staff.

The hotel is quite and is located a bit outside of the louder party and restaurant street, but it's walkable to the busy water front.

If you seek calm clean basic rooms and very nice service this is the place to stay.

When we showed up, the staff showed us pictures of room facility and breakfast. The pictures show what you get. :)
