Edgar and his wife Consuelo are amazing hosts and really know how to make their guests feel at home! They have a beautiful, historic home located in a very quiet part of Puno, but still well within walking distance of the main downtown area. Very hot water was available 24 hours/day and the private bedroom/bathroom that we stayed in was very comfortable and homey. Our only suggestion would be to bring earplugs because if you stay on the top floor the pigeons walk across the roof at very early hours of the morning and will wake you up. Read moreGorgeous hotel in Puno. It's not in the heart, but it's just 5-10min walking. The space is gorgeous: A beautiful house with plants and a small garden. Rooms are huge, clean and with very big and comfortable beds. The shower is perfect. It is run by Ursula and her mother. They're very friendly and helpful. In the first floor there's a coffee where you can have your breakfast or, in the afternoon, have some drinks or snacks. And as someone said, it's a great place to grab some drinks and kill some time before you catch the night bus ;)||Totally worth and I'd recommend it in...
