Hostel Puno Backpackers — Hotel in Puno

Don’t recommend at all. We were stood outside in the rain for ages before they answered the door. Then they couldn’t find our reservations and said we didn’t have one. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 couples. They first tried to put us all in the same room and charge us double for it. Then they finally gave us our actual rooms. We went for dinner, got back and were told we had to move rooms because they had assigned us the wrong ones and given us a private bathroom by accident.
