I want to share my experience to help future guests and encourage apartment owners to demand higher standards from their hosts.||Upon arrival, I was met with a persistent foul smell from the waste disposer under the sink. It quickly became clear that regular maintenance is not being carried out, and the hosts only address issues after guests complain. This reactive approach is not acceptable for a property being rented out. I strongly urge apartment owners to insist that the hosts maintain the waste disposer and other key facilities on a weekly basis to prevent such unpleasant odours.||My stay was further disrupted by having to move apartments due to these issues, only to find that the new room had a broken air conditioner and extremely poor WiFi. Despite multiple visits from engineers, the WiFi remained slow and unreliable, making it impossible for me to work or attend virtual meetings—one of the main reasons I booked this property.||Additionally, there was a dead bird on the balcony when I arrived. Although the host claimed to have reported this to building management, nothing was done during my stay. This lack of follow-through is disappointing and reflects poorly on both the host and the building’s management.||Other issues included old, rough towels and a dirty aircon filter, further highlighting the lack of attention to basic maintenance and guest comfort.||In summary:|Persistent foul smell from poorly maintained waste disposer|Hosts are reactive, not proactive, about cleaning and maintenance|Had to move apartments due to unresolved issues|Broken air conditioning and unusable WiFi, despite repeated complaints|Dead bird left on balcony, not removed despite being reported|Old, rough towels and dirty aircon filter|Slow, unhelpful communication|I strongly advise future guests to look elsewhere, and urge apartment owners to demand regular, proactive maintenance from...
Read moreI stayed at One Euphoria with my girlfriend 2 weeks in June and to be honest: I recommend finding better and cheaper alternatives:||Good:|- The top floor bar was nice with good views of the city and live music in the weekends, although pricey.|- The Indian restaurant was good with an extensive menu|- Outdoor swimming pool and gym were both ok|- Good location||Bad:|- TV didnt work, had to ask for help from the staff to configure , then it worked for 2 days before it stopped working again. |- Hot water in the shower turned off by default, seems like they wanted to save electricity expenses. After some days we complained, and hot water was turned on. |- Breakfast area is ridiculous, only 2 proper dining tables, no buffet and a very tiny little piece of bacon in the "American full breakfast". Go for cheaper and better options like the nearby Chris Cafe and even better, the Angel's Bakery near Walking Street. |- Corridors have a foul smell and sometimes you could also feel it in the room. |- The "spa" on the second floor doesn't exist!! |- Overpriced. You can get the same more value for the money at other places like Kandi Palace for almost...
Read moreThe hotel is very well placed In the centre of town. You get a really nice apartment for your money and a great view over Angeles. Rooms are clean. The water supply does seem to be an issue. First room I went to had no hot water second room the water pressure is very low if you flush the toilet you can’t have a shower at the same time. The swimming pool is great up on the roof again giving a great view, but trying to get into the pool requires you to go down to reception and ask someone to escort you back up to the 15th floor with a key so you can access it if you need to go to the toilet you then have to go back down to the lobby to ask someone to let you back into the pool To order a drink or any food is not possible for some reason. It’s also not possible to charge any drink or food in the building to your hotel bill. The staff are really nice people however they seem absolutely clueless about how to sort...
