Stayed for 3 nights at the end of April with 2 of our nieces to get a break from the heat.We usually stay at Hotel Elizabeth, but it was fully booked,so we decided to give C Boutique a try as it is just up the road .checked by phone before setting off and provisionally booked the family suite.Arrived at 1pm,check in was very efficient ,no problem with an early check in and within a few minutes we were in our room. The room was smaller than we expected with no view to speak of and on checking we found that there were only towels, toiletries, water, cups etc for 2 guests which was not a very good start. On checking the door we found the dead lock would not lock, pointed it out to the 2 boys who took us to our room and they did not seem bothered,my wife who is very security aware said that she would like it fixed, but nothing was done during our stay and on our last morning housekeeping came into our room without knocking at 9am because they thought we had checked out,not very nice and could have been avoided if the door had been fixed.Every day after the room had been made up there was something not replaced and even after we phoned and it was dealt with it was only for 2 guests.these are only minor problems but very annoying because they should just not happen.Overall our stay was pleasant, the room was very clean, good bathroom and comfy beds.balcony very small with only 2 chairs .Breakfast was very nice but minimal, no toast, fruit juice or coffee refills, and our general feeling was that it did not represent good value for the price we paid.I'm sure these small problems could easily be sorted out and then i could rate our stay...
Read moreWe decided to go to Baguio few days before the weekend and obviously almost all the known hotels are already unavailable. This hotel is one of our only three options that still has available room and looks good based on the reviews. Thankfully we chose this hotel. It is very close to Mines View and Good Shepherd. Just a few walks there is a cafe called Rewind where you can find cheap food but of quality. The hotel is small or just right (as it is called boutique) which has only few rooms with different sizes from standard to family suite. The room is quite spacious and has a modern design and a quality with regard to its set up. Of course, good quality of service is very much important in a hotel industry which I experienced in this hotel. I would recommend this place to...
Read moreThis is our go to hotel whenever we're in Baguio. Staff is friendly, good food, affordable price and clean rooms. The hotel is located away from the busy spots in the city but is a walking distance from Wright Park and Mines View Park. You may be able to hear the vehicles, even the horses passing by even if you're inside your room. It's not a problem for us though. ||||Some drawbacks we encountered were the cable not working that time and when they eventually fixed it, the channels were limited. Wifi was decent, but it got really slow when there were more guests in the hotel. The towels were a bit worn out, and not soft anymore.||||All in all, it's a good boutique hotel. All your basic needs are there and meets what we think will be a comfortable...
