I'm gonna be extremely honest here because I'm not a person who is easily wowwwd, but this restaurant did it for me. We have dined there 3 times so far in a month (and I say dined, because that's the experience we got) and I have a lot to say. I have traveled all over the world and eaten at a lot of Italian restaurants. I grew up in the Bronx where the chefs all came from Sicily and Naples and I understand good Italian food. Let me start with the maitre'd, Richard, who is a world class leader in customer service and hospitality. He is kind, has a great memory for names and he made my wife and I and our best friends feel like family Very professional he he knows exactly how to make you feel special. The staff is great and the ambiance is fantastic with a little bit of "Godfather" music in the background, and a very casual yet elegant room. Ah, the food, the deal maker for us. A list of appetizers to make you salivate just reading them. We have had the baked muscles and Mozzarella cheese balls, both were heavenly and cooked just right. The main dishes offer many great choices and the Chef here is brilliant and talented. I've had ravioli and my wife had lasagna, as well as 2 kinds of pizza that that would win a close fight to Bronx pizza. Our friends enjoyed the Carbonara and we also had Pasta and Garlic. Once clams are seasonal I will be ordering that too. This is a true 5 star establishment that could very well have a Michelin rating. Servizio: Il personale è competente e professionale, offrendo un servizio eccellente che arricchisce l'esperienza culinaria. Il ristorante è anche noto per il suo ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, rendendolo una scelta eccellente per chi cerca un'esperienza italiana autentica senza spendere una fortuna.

Food was generally good. I was not expecting the mussels to be that small, but I enjoyed the bruschetta (bread did not taste store bought and the tomato paste - mozzarella was well balanced).
I found my "pink" ravioli too salty. Maybe wine is needed to counter umay. Still good, so next time I'll go for the red sauce. The mushroom ravioli was good though. The risotto was the best I've tried in the Philippines so far.
We didn't like the cakes, which aren't really "Italian" anyway. The tiramisu is better - not the richest tiramisu but very good for the price. Cocktails took a while to arrive but my cappuccino was good without sugar.
