This is a local coffee shop that is worth going to for several reasons. 1. Coffee - if you're a coffee newbie or a coffeeholic, it doesn't matter, the coffee is real good. Go for their house blend. No frills of milk and sugar. Just sip heaven from a cup. 2. Food - similar to other coffee shops, they have several choices but their cheese roll is commendable and rivals (or is better than) the cheese roll of Mary Grace. Do not expect a burst of cheese and sugar in every bite thou, their cheese roll, when heated is like a sunday afternoon, best enjoyed slowly (with your cup of black coffee) 3. Ambiance - well being beside the street, you don't expect this to be secluded. There are enough chairs for groups however be wary as some medical students are (studying) in some nooks and crannies of the coffee shop and if there is a lot of them, there would be only a few seats left. 4. Staff - they can understand english and tagalog so no worries. They are accomodating and friendly. 5. Owner - well I think he is the owner or relative of the owner. I ordered 5 boxes of cheese roll (yes it's that good!) and the staff taking the ordered asked him if it was possible to fill in my order. He approached and confirmed the order with me and handled the transaction very efficiently. I ordered some more items and I was asked to have a seat first while my items are being prepared. 6. Location - It is very near Cebu Doctor's University Hospital so it is not hard to find. Public transpo is also...

The shop’s location is quiet, few blocks from the city’s busier Jones Avenue. The interior can give you different “touches and feels”. Some corners have walls parged, others are decorated and shiny.
It’s a cozy place to just relax, and let time go by...I suppose. I understood students frequent there to study. But, if you’re unlucky, you’ll be sitting next to a big loud group of the younger generation. That’s our case. Still, the place is recommendable. It would have been a much better experience, sans the loud insensitive fella who was supposed to be there to “study”.
NOTE TO BRING THEIR OWN CAR: I didn’t see a dedicated park area.
PS. I think the shop can do something about the clientele who behave like...
Read moreI visited this coffee shop for the first time, and I must say—it did not disappoint! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by warm, friendly staff who made the experience all the more inviting. The space offers plenty of seating, making it a great spot to relax, catch up with friends, or simply enjoy some alone time. Although I don’t usually go for iced drinks, I decided to try something different and ordered their lemonade iced tea—and wow, it was absolutely fantastic! I paired it with their Hokkaido cupcake, and the combination was nothing short of divine. The interior is cozy and thoughtfully designed, creating a comforting atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The location is also super accessible, which is a big plus. Just a heads up—parking for cars isn’t available, but there’s enough space for motorcycles to...
