this hotel in Cebu city the Philippines around mango square mall owned by some rich no respect Filipino family Don't take a room if you later have a small problem or big one,I advice anyone from outside the philippians to pay more in order to be safe taking a hotel owned by a company,a hotel,not an individual who is a Filipino meanging a chian name known to you before in the world..and when walking in it to approach nicely uninformed wearing same,and have sevilanc cameras every where even to the resespesion desk,don't take a room in a hotel that you can not be seen on videos prove that you are stolen or treated bad by someone even the owner of it. ..them are always right if owned by a Filipino family no matter what. The hotel that are owned by such people are cheaper than those that are onwned by corporations and names known to you....some of them Filipino owned have no cicurtygauard also you can take a room without representing your idinfiction,that means any one can be next door to you,that who knows where from. Also Always look for uninformed employees and receipt for what you pay in,that means them are paying taxes not stealing their...

Great location, just a couple steps away from CFO CEBU where i had my appointment, food stores are everywhere.||Me and my sister checked in on this hotel last Aug. 9 2015 around 11 pm, we avail the budget room (850.00/night) located at the first floor.It was a good deal though for people like me who just need a place to sleep with.||The room was decent no fuss, air conditioned, the bed is ok, an 14 inch tv with cable and a cabinet which im sure old.||I am pretty contented with it UNTIL i enter the bathroom,i can see dirt in the walls, the sink took loooooong time to absorb the water which is really disgusting.NO TOILETRESS bdw just a tissue.And some "crawling" friends give me a visit 2 to 3 ipis confidently roaming the bathroom, wetwew||I once asked for toilet cleaning, the one who did it went inside the bathroom empty handed, NO cleaning materials at all.uggghhhhhh || Such luck|| So yeah location and budget in mind this hotel is quite good, quality wise oh well...

Our group had 3 rooms booked, the rate was good for what we got, the staff was very accommodating and help full even when our aircon unit was noisey, they replaced it with another. Our rooms were OK but could of done with a proper clean, the entrance was littered with cigarette butts and bits of rubbish. Some nicely painted murals inside and outside the hotel but all were dirty and covered in cobwebs. I noticed when leaving to go out or when arriving back some staff sitting outside entrance smoking, there appeared to be a lot of sitting around doing nothing. At one point when going out a rubbish bin outside the entrance had tipped over spilling it's contents over the ground, a poor effort by someone to clean it up ment we had to weave our way around it and the large cockroach.
