Ive been here a few times. This has been my go to accommodation for a short stay in Cebu city. This time I booked the queen bunk bed. The beds are spacious and very comfortable with a good AC in the room. My only concern is that since there are ensuite toilets and showers inside, it can be a little loud when someone uses it during the night since the room is quite small so it might be bothersome for some people. Another one is the power outlet which is set up outside down and it does not hold up the adapter without support since these have become loose so I had to improvise. The walls are also not soundproofed so you can hear the noises outside or those going up and down the stairs so I recommend bringing some earplugs for a goodnight’s sleep. If you need to work during the night, I usually stay at the cafe downstairs since they have a lot of tables you can use plus you can use the toilet without disturbing the others. The staff here are always nice and accommodating, never had problems with them. I would still recommend this hotel for those in need of a good place to stay that is clean and affordable.

Location is ok. The building is modern, like the rooms. The rooms are very small, there is no place to hang anything or leave your luggage, and they even have a damp smell. They seem unfinished- maybe a hanger or luggage stand. The pipes on the ceiling were not leaking- as other comments mentioned- however some white bits were falling off onto the luggage, not cool. They have a nice TV, including netflix. Reception staff was professional, wouldn't say they were above and beyond when I was asking questions. The communal area is small and functional, very hot- there is a fan which does the job for the evenings. I think if they fix the pump issue (not to mention the water pressure) and made the rooms a bit more cosy and functional, it would be a nice place to stay

I specifically requested for a lower room because of my luggages. They have been generous to grant my request. The keycard is used to open the door and power up the whole room. I Enjoyed the free Netflix on the Smart TV and The room is also PWD friendly. Switches are lit and are easy to navigate. Tissue is provided, as well as towel, liquid soap and shampoo. But no toothbrush and toothpaste included. If you are a light sleeper, it may be a concern since my room was on the Ground floor and near their Cafe. The room didn't have a window, but it was the perfect for me since I really love to sleep in dark rooms. Will go back here again. Thank you!

The place is nice and all the food we ordered were all satisfying. Price friendly too. 😉

My last 2 dinings were so disappointing. First, I ordered the Hungarian breakfast, in the middle of my eating, I didn't notice that the lettuce had a mud/soil in it and I was chewing it until I noticed that there's some grain when I was chewing the lettuce, so I spit it out and saw a muddy lettuce and I ran to the toilet room and threw everything out. When we checked out they gave us 10% discount to make it up to their mistake.

For the 2nd time after that incident, we still went back because my boyfriend and I really liked the place and food, we thought it was just an accident to served us that muddy lettuce. This time I ordered American breakfast, at first my boyfriend saw a long strand of hair in his rice (he ordered Hungarian breakfast), so we asked for replacement. After a while, I saw a strand of hair too in my bacon, I did not ask for replacement but I wasn't able to finish my food because it ruin our mood already. For the 2nd time in a raw, they gave us another 10% discount.

But, I don't think for this type of mistakes 10% discounts for every instances would make them any better in the future. The management must do something in terms of their kitchen rules for sanitation. They must improve their kitchen personnel's hygienes. It's so disappointing to eat in this classy place when kitchen personnel serves dirty food. đŸ„ș

Note: We've been to Kasa boutique Hotel countless times for breakfast, and some of the employees already...

It is situated in a quiet neighborhood. I really had a good sleep here. They provide a common area for guests on the 3rd floor where you can use some cutleries, keep your leftovers inside the fridge, and free drinking water all throughout the day.

The wifi is fast especially in the cafe area.

I just noticed when they said that the AC on the 3rd floor (Common area) is ON from 10 am- 5 pm. I have never seen it turned ON since we stayed there. You will have to look for a staff member to turn it ON for you. I'm assuming they are trying to reduce the electricity bill. But I find it too stingy in my opinion. It's really hot there and when we were eating breakfast at 10 am, I was sweating a lot!

Food is quite pricey compared to neighboring cafes even though there is a 10% discount. When my husband does the calculation, its not exactly the same rate since they add tax etc. Discount is only for coffee and...
