Brew101 Cafe + Bar — Restaurant in Cebu City

Well we had a very interesting experience this morning. Let me first say that Cherry is very friendly and doing the best job that she can do. I feel bad for her that they’re not giving her the tools she needs to succeed.

Coffee was fine. Food came out about 20 minutes apart. Very strange. But they also didn’t have any soap in the bathroom. And it took about 20 minutes to get soap to wash our hands. when some soap finally arrived it was laundry soap. This was very concerning because if you don’t have soap in the kitchen for the chefs to wash their hands, what’s happening in there?

The food was also incorrect. My friend has a fish allergy and there was still fish on the plate.

My meal was half cold.

I hope they read the review and use this information to improve their service. For such an expensive place, these things should be...
