Alburs All In Pizza Burger Pasta — Restaurant in Cebu City

My family & I went there last night to celebrate my sister's birthday. It was supposed to be a happy celebration but our mood swift into irriation when our order were serve more than 2 hours to serve. Imagine the long hours waiting? When my sister ordered, she was promised that it will be serve 15 to 25 mins. They got into your resto past 6pm and ordered approximately 6:30pm. I arrive almost 8:00 pm and was expecting orders were fully served. But to my dismay, only few were served. So we waited. Until I noticed that customer who were recently just arrive have their order first. I decided to talk to your staff to follow up @ 8:10pm.. They said they were doing fifo but how come our orders are not served yet??? She said that order waiting time is 20 to 35 minutes. I got a chance to see the OS, order time 7:17. It was almost an hour later!!

After the follow up, orders are still not serve. The rice & pizza they served first is as cold as ice. You think LAMI PA SIYA KAUNON? Almost 9pm orders are still not complete until we decided to cancel the rest.

One thing, I follow up for the drinks your kitchen staff SHOUTED "wala lagi drinks order ang #17!!!" my sister ordered! You think people will dine to your resto without drinks or even so, your staff dont have the courtesy to give us water. Even the water we requested took almost 20mins to serve!

Honestly speaking, we no longer appreciate the food you serve because of the service. I ask for a manager, they said you're on your restday. It only implies that when your not around, your people are not performing their job well.

I hope you will take this feedback a seriously to improve your service. If your staff keep doing that kind of service when boss are not around, believe me, it will lead to your downfall. MAKATAGAM...

Disappointing Experience at Albur's – January 28, 2024

We chose Albur’s for our year-end get-together, expecting a fun evening catching up with friends. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations.

Pricing: The prices are comparable to high-end hotels and fancy restaurants, which we were prepared to pay given the upscale ambiance.

Food Quality: While the presentation was impressive, the taste-- NOT so.. As a restaurant owner with a keen understanding of quality, I can confidently say the dishes did not meet expectations, not worth the price!

Service: This was the most disheartening aspect. Our food was ordered at 8:00 PM but was only served at 9:30 PM, with another dish arriving even later at 10:00 PM. We had to confirm our order three times and follow up repeatedly, as our son grew increasingly hungry and frustrated. The order taker, Angel, offered unconvincing excuses instead of a simple apology. Despite seeing her note our order, it seemed it was not forwarded to the kitchen.

This was a truly disappointing experience. While the venue has potential, the food quality and service need significant improvement to justify the pricing and ambiance. I hope this is not the usual, maybe they just lack manpower due to the holidays. Sayang ang place...

Went there on a Saturday lunch time, around 12:20PM. There was no ice, so they can't provide glasses with ice for our drinks. Ordered truffle pizza, truffle pasta, potato mojos, sriracha chicken for appetizer, and they really arrived one by one after 30-40mins of waiting. Everything arrived except for the pizza.

They also served drinks first, which was not cold anymore by the time the first food arrived.

1:38PM Mains arrived - pizza finally arrived alongside with the mains - bbq ribs, salpicado, and chicken.

Take note that they were not full, there were 2 other group of customers - 2 families around (4-5). We were also a group of 5 with 2 toddlers.

We understand that they may be short staffed, a but a little heads-up would be nice. By the time ice arrived, we requested glasses with ice, but even took around 10mins to serve and WITH A GRUMPY SERVING FACE.

Our bill was 3000+ for 4 appetizers, 3 mains, 1 extra rice and 6 drinks. It's on the expensive side.

Would have been worth it if service was on par with the price.

Food? Okay. Service? NOT OKAY. Attitude? NEEDS A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT
