We booked for 2 rooms with 3 person each but when we got there we were informed that there was only 2 persons/room allowed so we needed to book another family room for my husband and my son. We were notified that the family room doesn't have hot shower but we said it's fine because we can shower in either my cousin's room or my parents' room, which supposedly had hot shower (only my parents' room had shower). Then, the front desk lady told us we can check in at 11am for the 2 rooms but not for the family room yet, which would be at 2pm. we came back at 11:15 and was told that check in for all rooms weren't until 2pm. So we decided to go on a tour to kill time. while waiting for our ride, I needed to use their bathroom in the breakfast room. There was an unflushed feces in it. (It was gross and unhygienic especially since it's by the dining area).||We went on our tour and came back at 5pm and was told that we needed to wait for our keys. We told the big lady at the front that we had been waiting since 11am and this is unacceptable that our rooms aren't ready yet even though we were informed that we can check in for the 2 rooms at 11am. She even called us liars because her employee said she didn't tell us to come back at 11am. And, on our last night, we ran out of water. My husband threw a fit and talked to the manager. Initially, they refused to give their names and to identify who the manager was. It turned out to be the rude big lady that called us liars. They moved us to a different room, but after a couple of hours, we ran out of water again. We chose this hotel for their amenities, which are wifi and hot water. The wifi was weak on all parts of the hotel, and we didn't have hot water. We also ran out of water. This hotel is too expensive considering their lack of amenities and poor customer service. Also, they have a policies written in all the rooms, which states that we need to leave our room keys the front desk every time we leave, need to observe silence always, and there is no refund policy. Because of the lack of refund, we decided to stay. Lastly, the first front desk lady who told us we can check in at 11am, set up our tour to different islands. The captain/tour guide informed us that he was short changed because he wasn't asked how much he...
Read moreThe plus point for this hotel is the location. Nothing else. The moment you step inside the lobby you will notice that it is not being managed properly. There is a box of assorted snacks on the floor (for sale) and a showcase type of ref with leftover food in it. Checking in was not at all a breeze. The staff were nice but it seems to me that they lack the training to be in the hospitality business. They are undermanned. The room should have been okay except that the linens are so overused. They gave us only a thin sheet aside from the bed cover. Even the towels need to be "retired" from excessive use. The bathroom is another issue. It is so small and the drain do doesn't work well . Water is retained on the floor. They have a rubber floor mat BUT they have black molds on it. We stayed for four nights and all we got is a roll of toilet paper, 2 thin soap and 2 mini sachet of head& shoulders shampoo. They said that the room comes with free Breakfast. Yes they did. But once yet show you the menu they will say that only 3 of the six choices are available. When you place your order you wait and wait only to be told that it is no longer available. Please Mam Lynn can you look into these things because you have the best location in town but you must also look after your amenities. Please take note of the things needed inside the room ( good quality bath towels with matching hand and face towels, beddings with blanket, foot towel, everyday supply of toiletries plus everyday cleaning ). This that you need in the dining room( you offer only coffee why not include tea and juice for your guests who are not coffee lovers? And may I add why not bring the food up to the dining room so that your staff will not be going up and down every time there is an order then come back again to get it. It's a waste of time and also they are prone to accident considering the steps of the stairs are not even. My friend fell down 2 steps and I myself almost fell. All of these Mam Lynn are my own opinion and suggestion for the betterment of your business. Another issue is the internet connection. It doesn't work. I know that you have a good heart based on our conversation. Hoping that next time we visit Coron we can see a better GMG. Good luck and...
Read moreWe had a decent stay here for 3 nights. Surprisingly, the hotel is located in the center of everything. Walking distance to the market, restaurants, bars, and even the port area. ||||The rooms are pretty basic. We got 3 double deluxe rooms and 1 family room with 3 beds. The family room (GR1) is very spacious with 3 windows. However, the washroom didn't have an exhaust and the sink was dripping. One of the double deluxe room (C2) had no hot shower and the flush wasn't working. Their towels and pillows are a bit overused. ||||There aren't any elevators so if you have senior citizens or just have problems going up and down 3-4 flights, you might want to consider that. My aunts eventually got used to it. ||||They have a perfect sea view on the 3rd and 4th floor. They have wifi but don't rely on it. ||||Their staff are really nice. Ning, the receptionist was great in handling concerns. Francis, our driver for the transfers, is very nice, on time, and helpful with our luggage. Their guard is also trustworthy and easy to talk to. The rest of the staff are very accommodating except for the one in the dining area who was always late for breakfast and doesn't remember which room or order she was placing. ||||Their breakfast starts 7am and serving time takes 30mins or more. I notice they cook per room per order so just make sure you're there as early as possible to...
