I had the chance to indulge in a delightful food trip at MC Cafe, and wow! This spot seriously impressed me! Let’s just say, some dishes didn’t even make it to the photo stage because they were that good!

Let’s start with the Sardines Aglio E Olio, a simple, rustic pasta that packed a flavorful punch. The olive oil is smooth and fragrant and the sardines and black olives gave it a savory depth that made each bite addicting. It was the kind of dish that leaves you wondering how something so humble could taste so refined.

Then came the Quattro Formaggi Pizza. Cheese lovers, this one’s your soulmate. With a beautiful blend of cheeses melted to perfection, this pizza hit all the right notes: creamy, salty, slightly tangy, and incredibly satisfying. The crust was just the right amount of crispy and chewy, a great base for all that cheesy goodness.

As for dessert (or honestly, an anytime treat), the Crispy Crepe stole the show. Yes, I actually managed to take a picture of this one before devouring it! It was huge, crispy, and stuffed full of delicious fillings. Sweet, satisfying, and perfectly textured — it’s a must-try whether you’re a crepe fan or not.

And of course, my 1-liter milk tea — my guilty pleasure and one I’m not ashamed to finish to the last drop. Creamy, rich, and refreshing, it paired perfectly with everything on the table. It might be indulgent, but hey, some pleasures are worth it!

July 23. My whole family waited more than an hour for ice cream and waffles. The owner was just chit chatting and not helping out. She was more interested in entertaining her friends than customers. My family was falling asleep waiting. We had to cancel all orders and left as it was getting late. Poor service on part of the owner, not the waitresses. I wouldn't recommend going to this place.

It is best practice to inform customers that orders will take longer for whatever reason. And apologize for the inconvenience. There was no one who approached us until one of us complained . 50 minutes for 2 orders and one of them was wrong. It is what is. This feedback is not asking for excuses but letting you know of customers' perception. So that customers can be better served next time. People come on holiday to these islands for short periods and not waste their time waiting for drinks or service. I hope it is not because we were all Filipinos and the Caucasian customers had better service as well as the owners' friends on the other table. Here’s I recently had the pleasure of dining at MC Cafe & Bar, and it was an amazing experience! Our servers, Christly and Enzo, were incredibly helpful, especially when it came to choosing our drinks. We opted for the Ice Spanish Latte, which was a delightful refreshment. I was impressed that the coffee here is real coffee and not just watered down.

For our meal, we went with the Best Brunch Ever and the English Breakfast Sausage. The Best Brunch Ever was a feast for the senses, featuring a flaky croissant, crispy bacon, and a refreshing mango salad that perfectly complemented the dish. On the other hand, the English Breakfast Sausage was equally satisfying, served with a balsamic salad that included fresh cucumber and tomato, along with roasted tomatoes and a crispy hash brown. Each dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor.
