Heart Hotel — Hotel in Dumaguete

The location is fine. But the room and service is a mess, its very compact. I ordered a room for two so it might have more rooms but it is actually very small even just for one person, like a prison cell. The comfort room and bath is outside your room, meaning you have to walk half naked down the hallway unless you bring clothes with you, the wifi wont reach 3rd floor and up rooms and very slow (dsl?), not even tv reception, the aircon is very weak that they needed to compensate with an included air fan inside the room. Very bad service, highly wont recommend, at their prices there are much much better alternatives...

I had made a reservation on Agoda but when I arrived the room did not correspond to what I had reserved. From then on I was offered another room but I had to pay extra...
