We booked the place because it is closer to our event location, but they didn't inform us that IT DOESN'T HAVE WIFI OR SIGNAL FOR DATA INTERNET CONNECTION. It doesn't have TV also. We were very DISAPPOINTED of the room. We stayed in the room for about 10 minutes after we found out about the signal or wifi issue. When we asked for a refund they BILLED US 200php for staying in the room for 10 minutes. Please BEWARE of this hotel. IT'S A BIG SCAM. They also didn't show us pictures of the room when we asked them. It's better to use Airbnb to book your hotels. The room was also a disappointment. I upgraded my room to an air conditioned one and it was better. It's not the best but at least...

I had thought that it was just a mistake, so I went to the lobby to ask for it. Apparently, I need to pay 10 pesos for shampoo---it's not free! I had to go back to the room which is located in the second floor, then back again to purchase one.
I paid 950 pesos for this one bed aircon room that looks outdated. For comparison, I have stayed in places that were cheaper, and they always had free toiletries. Sorry, but I'm really really...
