Not bad for a budget accomodation. I paid 700+ for a night stay without breakfast. The room was good for 2 and spacious but since I was travelling alone, I had it all for myself. Although the beddings were clean and smelled fresh, when I got in, I saw a small roach crawling on the other bed. There were enough lights in the room but it was kinda dim/dark still which I personally don't really like so I had to keep the bathroom lights on too. The hallway was dim too. Aside from that, everything was all good. There's TV w/ cable. AC was working fine. There's a drawer, they provide towel, soap and shampoo. No problem with the water which is great! The bathroom/toilet was also clean. It's a + that there's 711 just down the hotel. There are also public transpo outside the hotel to get you to places. Recommended if you're just looking for a peaceful place to stay for the night.

Obdulia Business Inn is a small hotel in the heart of Dumaguete City. Near Belfry Tower and walking distance to the main city. Very near to different establishments. Room is spacious and clean. TV, hit and cold shower and air conditioning are all working perfectly. They provide tour assitance too.

Spacious and clean room, good AC. Lights are dim even when you turn all if them. Theres an off smell coming from the bathroom. No bidet and no tissue was provided, no pail and dipper.

The hotel is at the heart of the city. 5 minutes easy walking, you are already at the beach: boulevard. There you can go walk, run or meet friends by the gentle breeze of the seashore. Across the street there is one of the historical Cathedral in the Philippines: St. Catherine of Siena. The plaza can be seen from the hotel and even hear the children playing. The banks, the market, groceries stores, drug store, department stores, the travel agents etc are just nearby the site. There's a ride service as well from and to the Airport. The ambience is calm, serene and friendly. There is the restaurant right in the hotel itself that you can order fresh and home cooked food at your appetite's desire. The price is very reasonable. I love this hotel. I will certainly go back there when given an chance. And surely I will recommend it to whoever would venture into that part of the globe: Dumaguete City,...
