Jollibee Dumaguete Plaza — Restaurant in Dumaguete

Best Jollibee, I've been to to date. More advanced than other Jollibees.

I've had to update this post as the Jollibee has improved from good to great.

I actually didn't want to go to Jollibee at 6 pm because I was in a rush, but my family had a Jollibee craving. However, I was surprised by the speed of ordering and serving.

The 3 electronic point of sale (EPoS) screens allow customers to select their order quickly. Cashless payments was recently added to each EPoS, so even at 6pm, the ordering was quick. (I've been to a lot of Jollibees and experienced poor queuing/ordering set-ups)

The food is the same quality, but I did sense that the kitchen speed was quicker than before and definitely faster than other Jollibees in any busy location.

A nice touch was having dedicated seating for take-out customers to use, rather than standing around or using up...

Waited almost 40 minutes to finally serve my food for take out , staffs were laughing at the kitchen and was very unprofessional for not telling me that there was an issue with their machine/stove used for burgers( or whatever ), the funny thing is that I was on Queue first and behind me are some other cx's ready to dine in/takeout, all of them are ready to go out with their food ( with burgers) after, yet I'm waiting there like a fool, What's the point of taking in lines if y'all prioritizes people who will eat inside? Bringing our foods at home doesn't mean that we aren't hungry, I was working for 9 hrs and the fact that I bought Jollibee to de-stress from work in this branch just stressed me...

jollibee perdices (in between Cathedral and BPI fronting the plaza - i have to be specific since there are top jollibees in this street.

i have to give credit to the mngt and staff for its cleanliness, sanitary and orderly handling of their branch.

it is our 7th simbang gabi and out of the five jollibee branches and three McDonalds in dumaguete, this is by far the cleaneat we have been to this christmas season. the toilet is always monitored. its like in the hotel. we are very particular when we go to...
