Stayed here for 2 nights in Room 305. I arrived a little earlier than check in, but the room was ready. The room was a small double. There was a desk and chair to work on, a TV (I didn't watch), a kettle, coffee satchels and toiletries. The mattress was unusually soft for the Philippines and I definitely felt the bed board, although I slept okay as I prefer a firm bed anyway. The bed also had 2 pillows and a thick cover. The bathroom was all tiled with a walk-in shower. The bathroom and toilet were clean. Soap, shampoo and conditioner were suppled. Water pressure was decent and there was no problem getting hot water. The building has a vegan restaurant on the 4th floor (rooftop), which was a real bonus as a vegetarian. The restaurant is part of the same business as the hotel, so you can order room service as well. The building doesn't have an elevator though. Someone with mobility issues would struggle as the rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Location wise, Kayong's Inn is pretty much in the heart of the city. Pretty much all the city landmarks are within walking distance. For anything else, tricycles and grabs are plentiful. Overall, I had an excellent stay. I thought the place was very nice for a mid-range hotel. Everything seems to work well. They have there own generator and there was never any electrical interruptions. The staff are fantastic, friendly and helpful in that lovely Filipino way. The building doesn't have an elevator though. Someone with mobility issues would struggle as the rooms are on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors.

Good located in the center of Dumaguete . Shuttle service from airport 500 pesos (overpriced)Single Bedroom very small. Upgrade 200 pesos night. Kettle , hair dryer only on request. No elevater . Rooms are clean but very noisy. Single glazing and main street in front . Very noisy from aircon up the bed , street and karaoke on the floor. I bought some ear plugs ! Late check out 100 peso per hour. It feels like you sleep on the crossroad . I wouldn't stay there again .

Great hotel! We stayed there for one night. It offers all the necessary comfort, as well as an excellent restaurant located on the 4th floor. The welcome was incredible: a big thank you to Glyza Marie, who gave us all the information we needed to get to Moalboal. Thanks again to her!

They were very considerate and easy to communicate with. The room was perfect for my liking, clean with a comfortable bed and well-maintained facilities. The Wi-Fi connection was strong, and the water pressure was excellent with both hot and cold shower available. The location is also very accessible. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely...
