High Chaparral Cottages — Hotel in El Nido

Most amazing place to stay in El Nido. Perfect walking distance to town, very clean, hot water, and beautiful location. Your own personal little cabin. Goats and chickens roam freely. There is also a cow, dogs and cats. This is perfect for families and those with children. Or just someone who loves nature and animals. Prices are amazing and the quality is fantastic. If you have breakfast in the morning ask for the omlette😊. Hans and nitz are the perfect Hosts and we are going to miss them. Definietly making this our location to stay everytime we come back to el Nido. So glad we discovered you. If you choose this location and see a black dog who comes on the property, love him. Most beautiful smart little dog who I wish I could have brought home. Thank you Hans and Nitz for your kindness and generosity. Can't wait to see the renovations on the front...

What fun our group of 10 had staying at High Chaparral. The kids loved running around the huge yard and playing with the goats, dogs, chicken, and even cow. Haansrudi and Nitz were wonderful hosts. We spent time visiting in the main reception area with them and they gave us valuable information about the area. The breakfasts were delicious, possibly the best omelettes any of us have ever tasted. We would highly recommend paying the small breakfast fee and enjoying! Rooms were all cottage style, and while basic were all we needed. The setting and hospitality will always be remembered. Thank you for helping make our style at El Nino...

You can stay in the most expensive and luxurious hotels, but this place gave us the best experience because of the couple that runs this place. The kindest people, arranged a tour, scooter, and pickup for us. Something was wrong with our shower, fixed immediately. Always friendly to everyone, and as a bonus, it’s like a little farm with lots of animals. During our trip we also encountered an abandoned kitten on the road, the owners also made sure she got a lovely new home. It’s not exactly in the center of El Nido, which also is a good thing imo. Couldn’t recommend...
