Visted just 2 days ago. We told the waiter at the start that we were vegetarian yet when we ordered the nachos they came with ground beef. He told us it said this on the menu so I just left it but now now looking at the pictures I was right, it's not on the menu!! We still had to pay. They also brought the mains and starters out at the same time! So I felt the customer service was poor, but the food itself was actually really nice so it's a bit of a shame really.
Update: We tried this restaurant out once more as like I mentioned the food was good. This time the waitress told us the nachos came with minced beef so that was good. The food again was great. I've since also realised lots of restaurants serve starters and mains at the same time, it must be cultural so this is no fault of this place. I up my rating...
Read moreThe good: Good location, quite and calm. Nice Design and atmosphere Nice and friendly staff. Probably good views during the day (we went at night)
The bad: Unfortunately, food. But I should say that we tasted only three dishes: the beef mushroom, the chicken wings and the fish and chips. Maybe the Mexican food is better... Cocktails - we had the tequila sunrise which was too sweet and the alcohol was not really noticable. Toilet - in contrast to the restaurant, the toilet was a local kind of toilet - only the toilet bowl, no seat or flush, just a bucket of water. It's not so bad of course but a bit of unexpected.
All in all, try the other dishes and decide for yourselves, our experience...
Read moreCocktails were advertised as buy one get one by the staff outside, so for 150 pesos for two rum cokes (more than we had paid on the Main Street) we thought that for the view this was worth it. We then ordered two more thinking 300 pesos for four rum cokes that’s great and with the cool view up top, fantastic. Unfortunately, when we went to pay we were fed some sort of lie about it being 250 pesos for the first drink and and then 150 and they wanted to charge us 500 pesos. We of course questioned this and it never add up or made any sense considering a rum coke was 150 pesos without happy hour. So 500 pesos could never be calculated. Great place for a view and drinks were good but never appreciate...
