Hidden Gem Siargao — Hotel in General Luna

המלון הכי גרוע שהייתי בו בחיים. דבר ראשון הוא במיקום גרוע ודרך הגישה אליו גרועה - כביש רעוע ומלא חולדות. כשהגענו לחדר נדהמו לגלות שהם לא מספקים דברים בסיסים כמו סבון, ובשהות של 4 לילות של שהרגישה כמו סיוט מתמשך, אפשר לספור על כף יד אחת את כמות הפעמים שהיה לנו חשמל או מים זורמים. לא הצלחנו להתקלח ואפילו לא להוריד את השירותים!!. הבעלים הם בעלי אפס יחסי אנוש. כפי שניתן לראות בצאט המצורף - בפעם המליון שכבר לא היה מים ביקשתי החזר כספי, ״וברוב טובם״ בעלי המלון הסכימו להחזיר אך ביקשו שאעשה צ׳ק אאוט מידי. כמובן שלא הסכמנו. בבקשה לא להתקרב למלון הזה, המלון הכי גרוע בחיי. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The first thing is that it is in a bad location and the access road to it is bad - a dilapidated road full of rats. When we got to the room we were surprised to find that they didn't provide basic things like soap, and in a 4 night stay that felt like an ongoing nightmare, you can count on the palm of one hand the number of times we had electricity or running water. We were not able to run into or download the services!! The owners have zero human relations. As you can see in the attached chat - at the time of sorting there was no water, I asked for a refund, "and most of them are good" hotel business owners agreed to refund but asked me to check out immediately. Of course we disagreed. Please don't go near this hotel, the worst...

Never, ever stay here. NEVER!

Dirty, absolutely disgusting entrance and rooms. No mattress just 10cm of foam. Bathrooms smell horrible. No security, no reception. When we came there was a pile of dog poop right in front of the check-in desk. When reception finally came he left and never cleaned it up. Truly horrible. We stayed in the room 15...

Pros: Big fridge and good wifi (router was in our room 5) Good location

Cons: Approach to the room is very bad cuz of a muddy road and full of water. Furniture is very old in the room (except the fridge) The worst is the smelly water, so we had to buy big blue water dispenser bottles for showers and washing hands and teeth 😬 No toilet...
