Overall it was an ok stay, it's nice for people who like to chill and discover Siargao.
Cons: Too expensive, I paid 15'600 PHP for 4 nights (no breakfast included), 75 $/night No hand towel and the towels were not very new (small stains and little tissue pieces were falling of when we used them) The room was cleaned everyday but the bathroom's sink and washing area were not clean (rust and calc on the tubings) They don't provide lunch or dinner (Might be better in the future as the owner said that they will renovate the area and make a restaurant) The area next to it is under construction, the access/garden area could look more inviting and be less noisy (the construction should be finished in april 2019) Bed sheets could be renewed (had small stains) and be bigger The balcony has no lock and the insolation is not very good, hard to sleep Missing equipment: hairdryer, hand towel, paper towel holder, safe, TV (they should have TVs in the future apparently) It looks like some of the reviews I see are from another place called La Luna which looks very different
Pros: Very friendly owner and staff (the owner lent us his private iMac so that we could watch Netflix and gave us good advices for our trips, thanks :)) Good location (close to Cloud 9, good restaurants close by) Breakfast was good, it could however be a little bit cheaper or included in the price Huge bed Balcony with...
Read morePros: Easy to go around. Near the restaurants like Sugba, Tom & Tom’s (breakfast & coffee), Buddha Thai Cuisine, Bake (a bit of walking needed). Big room at room #7 with balcony which we didn’t use. They can book your van pick-up to the airport for 200 pesos per head. This is also the office of GotMarked Travel Agency where you can book your land tours. Staff were friendly.||Cons: Since there was on ongoing construction (they’re adding more rooms), their pipes are clogged and they need a good plumber to fix it. Stay away from room #7 if you don’t like to do some major mopping after taking a bath. Even if the staff knows about the problem, they still gave us that room even if there’s another option. When we told them about the clogged pipes, that’s the only time they offered the other room. Since we were only staying for 2 nights, we didn’t bother to switch. It was...
Read moreThe staff is very friendly, beside this it's a horrible place! I really recommend not going there.
For a price of 2000 Pesos per night you get a very worn off room with a very bad smell and giant cockroaches.
The smells comes out of the sink in the bathroom and also the water itself smells very badly. We tried to dry the bathroom but even after 2 nights the smell didn't go away, spreads over to the sleeping room and is hardly bearable.
The worst is the cockroaches. They are in the bathroom and the sleeping room and even outside there are plenty dead ones lying around. They got the size of a thumb and are just disgusting.
The room itself got a comfortable big bed but beside this it's very worn off and everything looks old.
The price of 2000 Pesos is a joke for what you get. I really...
