Iâve been there many times because I really love the space. Itâs always my top choice, and Iâm proud to recommend it to my friends when theyâre looking for a good coffee spot. However, something disappointing happened this morning.
When we arrived, I went straight to the counter and waited for someone to take my order. The staff seemed quite busy, so I waited patiently. After almost 10 minutes, I was still standing there, but no one approached me or even acknowledged my presence. I thought perhaps they werenât ready to take orders yet, but as I looked around, I noticed other customers already had their drinks. At this point, I started feeling frustrated.
I decided to find a table and sit down. A new customer came in shortly after and was immediately greeted and assisted by the staff, which added to my annoyance. I went back to the counter and composed myself, though I had every right to feel upset. I calmly placed my order for a Tommcinno Espresso from the menu. The staff asked if I wanted a single or double shot, so I assumed this was a standard part of the order and said, âOne shot.â
When my order was ready, I was shocked to find that I had been served a plain espresso in a cup. I didnât know how to reactâit was a mix of confusion, frustration, and disbelief. I explained to them that my order was wrong, but no one took the initiative to clarify or correct the situation.
I understand this might seem like a small issue, but what made it worse was how the staff handled it. After I picked up the wrong order, they laughed and acted as if nothing had happened. This kind of response was extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
I hope that next time the staff can provide better customer service, even with the basics, and make sure to clarify orders properly to avoid misunderstandings like this. Customers deserve to feel valued...

They have a not to bad Starlink connection, Ping to Denic.de 240 Ms, normal for Starlink in the Philippines. Room was warm close to the Aircons (2 running), very warm at the counter. I also wanted to order some Prezeln ("Brezeln"), but nothing available. Also some drinks not available, another main course not available... So for the food i can not rate anything. For the location it is OK. For Coworking: A bit too warm close at the Aircon, much too warm at the other parts of the restaurant. I need to reactivate the internet every 60 Minutes by a new voucher, and on bigger downloads the Internet is disconnecting w/o any further notice. But: I did not pay anything extra for consuming a workspace there, only for consuming ordinary water or Drinks. For me the TT is no more an option for a working space, but if you just need to check some mails or little works, it might be...

I was hesitant with the ratings and mixed reviews for this place but decided to give it a go to try something new. When we arrived, there wasnât a single person inside, not even staff. I wasnât sure if they were open. But went in and door was open but no still no staff around after waiting at the counter for a few mins. Then someone finally came out but werenât super friendly or welcoming just a very quiet âhiâ. We sat down, but no one came to our table to offer water, a menu or even greet us. I got up to get a menu, which was very different to what i saw online, less options. After 10min or so, still no staff came to greet us. It was as though we hadnât even walked in the door. We then decided there was a reason this place doesnât have the best rating or reviews so we left and went to one of our favourites cafes, Silk Road, just a short walk away where we are greeted with big loud smiles and hellos...
