Bake X Siargao/Siram Siargao — Restaurant in General Luna

My wife and I enjoyed their chicken and waffles, the patismansi pork belly with kimchi rice and their daily pastry servings (we got to try their lemon bars, brownies and carrot cake). Capuccino was enjoyable, though I had to request for a sprinkle of cinnamon rather than cocoa powder (~Aussie style) on top. All in all, the quality of the food we ordered exceeded our expectations and we came back for breakfast twice after our first afternoon visit. I loved my grilled cheese sandwich with tomato and basil and also the carrot ginger juice. Their bread is nice, since its hard to find bread in the island so usually they make their own (but im not too sure if theirs are homemade). Although i expected more of baked items hence the name. Stayed here 3 nights, first time visiting Sairgao and 5 stars all round! Food is to delicious, coffee tasted like home (Australia), service top notch, central location, room was massive and just a great vibe about the place. Thank you Bake X Siargao, can't wait to be back to this little hidden gem - Don't be fooled looks like just a cafe but top end of town...
