IF you plan to eat here or rather stay here, Don't Bother. (Stayed 3 days and 2 nights)
Incompetent and rude staff (especially the female manager with the hoodie would often grumble sarcastic remarks) Slow-paced food service (Need to follow-up 4-5 times) Can't follow breakfast orders (Why take breakfast orders for in-house guest the night before, if you're not gonna follow the requested food to their liking...very frustrating) Not welcoming Rush hour dinner service or not, expect your order to arrive 45 mins - 1 hour Food price is not worth it. Internet connection (don't expect much- fluctuates most of the stay) Hoodie manager did not mention during the online conversation/booking even though she knows that we're gonna travel by car that for the parking, guest checking-in must make a separate reservation for the parking to be accommodated and that the parking is not...
Read moreThis is a fine place to stay; the rooms are well kept and the staff are friendly. The food was reasonable and it's nice to be guaranteed a breakfast in an area where restaurants constantly tell you that most of their menu is unavailable (usually only at the point of ordering rather than being handed the menu). The location is also very good as it is situated almost next door to where tours are organised (which is also where they start and finish). ||The main issues we had were that the internet was sporadic and the shower was quite bad; we did manage to get the temperature to remain consistent but the power was pathetic. ||The other main issue was being woken at around 6am by church bells (which ring sporadically throughout the morning) as well as dogs barking and fighting in the early hours. This is largely out of the hotel's control and I'm not sure if there is anywhere else in Sagada that doesn't have this issue but it is very frustrating.||I also don't suggest using the laundry service unless you have to as it works out...
