I dined at the Bagtikan branch and am very upset with the handling of the incident by your manager, Julie Anne. When I called to inform her that I was bitten by a cat, her response was begrudgingly, "Busy ako." It clearly showed her lack of empathy. I asked if it was possible to reach out to the store owner, she said there was no one available and offered no solution. Instead, she taunted me to post my concerns online. "Mas ok iyon, post mo nalang sa online ang review". I was so surprised because coming from the manager of your restaurant, she didn't care that your restaurant would have a negative review. All I wanted to tell her was to report such occurrence to the top management. I wanted her to take action so that it wouldn't happen again to your customers. I was hoping that she would somewhat assure me that your restaurant would make an effort to address the problem. Those random cats were hungry and aggressively scavenging for food in your restaurant. The service was very slow, and it took a long time for our food to arrive. The cashier and staff were not friendly or accommodating, and they didn’t handle our concerns properly.
