My recent visit to Spaghetti Factory confirmed its status as a top-tier Italian restaurant. The experience was consistently excellent, from the first bite of the appetizer to the final spoonful of dessert. This establishment clearly maintains very high standards for its food and service. The Devil's Own pasta remains a standout dish. The heat level is perfectly balanced with the richness of the tomato base, demonstrating precise cooking. It's great to see that the flavor profile has not changed since they were in the Glorietta location, showing reliable consistency. The beef in the pasta was notably tender and packed with flavor. The oil-based Seafood Blackout was equally successful; the squid was incredibly soft, and the entire dish was well-seasoned. We started with the Calamari, which was prepared flawlessly. It was crispy on the outside without being oily, and the dipping sauce provided a satisfying counterpoint. For a shared item, the Six-Cheese Pizza is a must-try. They are generous with the cheese, using so much that the crust acts mainly as a structural base—it’s very rich and delicious. The meal was concluded with a refreshing Strawberry Milkshake and the excellent SF Signature Dessert. The combination of the soft dessert base, ube filling, and vanilla ice cream is a well-thought-out and satisfying finish to the meal.
The Service was efficient and professional. The staff were all friendly and highly attentive throughout our time there. Service times were quick, indicating a well-managed kitchen and floor team.
Finally, the Ambiance contributes greatly to the positive experience. The space is well-designed, offering a quiet and comfortable setting. Even the cleanliness of the restrooms was noticeable, reflecting attention to detail across the entire venue. Spaghetti Factory offers reliable, high-quality Italian dining. It’s a definite five-star experience that delivers value and great taste...

Read moreMy friends and I are satisfied and full after dining-in! I guess, it also helped that we were the only ones who were there at that time.
First impression, you can smell that the venue is new as I arrive, I can still smell the paint fumes — it did went away when we were eating as the smell of delicious food arrived.
It was a bonus that we were there during acoustic night with Yna (love the whole set!)
Thanks John for the awesome and attentive service!
On a pricier side if you plan on dining-in alone but for the 4 of us, it became around 1000php+ as we ordered a lot but we also have a few leftovers.
Excited for our upcoming event to be held at...
