Jollibee — Restaurant in Makati

i do really recommend this branch, we're not about totally the food, WHAT I MEAN... we always eat food with our family, even those foods that already past 5hrs we still going to eat it..

so first thing is, the staff are truly nice, recently a just about 5mins ago i think, we came there and eat with my Girlfriend, and accidentally when i was about to put the food i ordered, and the ice-tea dropped, and the staff took care of it,

we dont know who it came from but they just change or give us another ice tea and for free

i am the one who hold the food and the one who drop it, but they still give us ice tea for free,

we always eat there because of some reasons, maybe it good to spill it here. the other branch which is Jollibee edsa nearby, did something that is not good. when we eat there and have some gravy, the gravy it has a taste of powder detergent, and i taste it not once but more than 3 times, but when i talk to the manager . instead of saying sorry, even we dont need sorry just change the gravy, he said, they dont wash those (glass) small bowls where gravy is,..

Thats why i do recommend this branch than the jollibee edsa.. :) have fun...

I have not noted the names of the crew but I got the name of the manager. I believe his name was Mr Lee, as shown in his name plate. He was not wearing his uniform, though, probably he was helping the crew.

The manager serves good inspiration to his team, who may be managers in the future. His calm way of instructing his team was commendable, compared with other crew or staff giving directions in other branch.

I handed over the copy of my receipt and written letter to another manager-in-uniform at the counter, exchanging smiles with her as she receives it.

Again, I hope this message reaches you well and continue giving not only the customer good service to among yourselves in the crew.

Just want to share my experience in this branch. So while I was ordering earlier this morning, your staff named IRISH was getting my order and even stop me halfway which is just rude ,she we even says that "wait lang" okay then I stop kasi para siyang nararattle when getting an order from a customer, di niya masundan yung order ko. I saw na she even punched wrong items so pinavoid nya na parang ako may kasalanan which is kinainisan ko, she even sighed. Also, I told her if I can upgrade my drinks to Coffee ,she said yes. Then pagkakuha ko nang order ko sabi ko Ms. Coffee ang order ko hindi coke float. Iba na kasi yung staff na nagbigay nang order then sabi niya Wala daw sila coffee, then bakit una palang sinabi na nung Staff na kumuha nang order ko is wala pala. Mygaaahd. So wala na ko nagawa hahaba lang ang oras kung ipapapalit ko pa. Just want them to know this kind of experience nakakasira nang araw. And please tell your staff to be mindful when...
