I know normally you write a review after you stay in your hotel but after my preliminary inspection of the hotel Iam about to stay tonight I couldn't wait to write how bad my initial reception to this hotel. Upon arrival i'm immediately told that there are no parking facilities in this hotel that there are only eight (8) slots for a hotel of about 50 rooms. Going to my room I was shock to find how small the room was with just bare minimum of facilities, i have not even tested the shower whether hot water was working. Upon reporting my concern to the staff in the reception counter, they were arrogant enough to tell me and a fellow client who has also checking in "Go ahead write us up and report us to your booking apps" with the tone we don't care attitude they didn't even try to facilitate or made any effort to resolve our issues (re:parking). Even before staying here for an overnight I already have regretted booking with this hotel, I know Zen was suppose to be a reputable name but I think the Zen Management should start to reconsidered this unit and pull their name from this unit for I'm not planning in the near future booking with...

But you also have the option of taking PUJ to Market Market or Philplans Corporate Center, depending on where you'd like to go. The bed is nice, AC is good. Lighting is just enough, and you have all the privacy you need. If you're the type who watches TV, you only have limited choices because their TV box is ABS-CBN--no HBO or Fox TV. Their Wi-Fi is good so you can enjoy your Netflix subscription on your phone or tablet if you have one. Their toilet does not have a bidet so you'll have to make do with toilet paper...hopefully you don't get the toilet clogged. They have a canteen where you can buy water and food, but no toiletries or convenience store. There are convenience stores outside of the hotel. Lastly, they don't have cabinets or hangers. The room has a few coat hangers, enough to hang a few clothes on. But it's better to hang towels on those hangers. Overall, it is a good place to stay, nearby BGC hub, that's...
Read moreI don't mind small rooms but this place made me sick. Air circulation is so bad and I think some virus or bacteria is living in the aircon. We were so tired when we arrived but we had to wait 1 hour ish before we could check in early and we did pay for the extra hours. Maybe there was a good reason but we were so tired I was so angry that they failed to make our stay more pleasant. We book for 2 nights but we only stayed for 1 night because the air in that room was so stuffy n unclean n I couldn't compromise my health and its my first day in the Philippines. Toilet was too small and drain was clogged so when we took a shower it flooded the bathroom floor. Maybe it was just our room that we stayed but anyhow it was one of my worst...
