So after our trip, of course we were so tired booked a room for 3 nights from June 26-29. Told my husband to try to look for a different hotel since the experience is not good last time. Still he want to give it a chance since he likes the location so much. We are aware that the check in time is after 2pm, that we didn't complain. So we booked a regular room and inform the front desk that we'll just gonna transfer room after 2pm. She said okay. We ordered food while waiting for our room to be set up. We ate at the hotel's lobby. Everything was okay, until the billing part. Before we go to our regular room, they calculated the whole bill for the room and the food we ate. Paid for it in cash. Proceed on going to our room. Sleep, and then after hours of sleeping, front desk called if we will extend our stay on the regular room and we'll have to pay extra. We've explained that the front desk said she will transfer us to our designated room once our room is prepared. And please, we just came from an out of the country trip. You can't imagine how tired we were. We badly needed that sleep. I thought everything is explained to their co worker on the front desk until they have to call us again. Which starts to get annoying. They wanna confirm if we would like to extend again! This means they don't communicate with their co workers well. We let that pass. Next when we were transfer to our correct room, in the middle of the night. When we were sleeping peacefully, another call again to ask if we want to extend when it is so clear if they checked their system, we were booked for 3 nights. My husband was upset, me too because we lack sleep and we did not have a good experience on our first night of stay again. Then, we noticed their toilet is clogged, the pin for adjusting the shower is missing. We never had a trash can inside, we have to call a lot of times about this, even on our first stay from June 20-23. It was such a bad experience. Worst when we go down for a breakfast. Staff informed that they miscalculated what we ate in the lobby when we arrived on June 26 and we have to pay extra 600+ pesos. Which is the worst! They calculated it in front of us together with the regular room, we paid it in cash and to our surprise there's an additional bill just because one of their staff miscalculated it. Even my husband who used to praise this place was so mad about...
Read moreMy partner and I stayed for 2 nightsPROS:1. Great location very close to shops, 7-Eleven, and even a nearby casino if you're into that.2. Exceptional cleanliness big compliments to the Housekeeping team!3. Comfortable bed and pillows very cozy.4.Nice amenities provided: 2 bottled waters, dental kits (toothpaste and 2 toothbrushes), a comb, 1 shampoo sachet, and a small bar of soap.5. Front desk security is excellent. Every time my partner left the hotel, they confirmed who was with me. Great job on ensuring guest safety.6. Affordable choices of food from hotel menu and it was really taste great. 😋CONS:1. The front desk staff who checked me in didn’t seem very hospitable honestly, it was my first time experiencing that. I requested a room not near the elevator, but she still placed me next to it. The first room we were given had a non-functioning AC. I didn’t catch her name, but I think she could benefit from additional training in customer service.2. Not ideal for light sleepers like me the walls are wooden, so you can clearly hear people in the next room talking, and unfortunately, even groaning and moaning during * (yes, really!). 😩3. The first room we were given was on the third floor, and it was terrible you could hear people singing karaoke in another room, which made it really hard to relax.OVERALL:The stay was just satisfactory. I’m glad I brought my earplugs they helped reduce the noise around me. Big thanks to the manager who helped us move to a new room on the 4th floor and even extended our checkout time, since the front desk didn’t check us in properly at first but still you can hear noise to the next room but not really loud unlike the first room we had.I didn’t catch the manager’s name because I was so exhausted and just wanted to sleep after our long trip from the north to Manila. We waited around 10–15 minutes for the new room to be ready because housekeeping was still cleaning it, but that was okay. Thanks to him the manager for the assistance! Front desk staff service - Good 🙃 (PLEASE SMILE and BE FRIENDLY)Housekeeping service - SUPERB 😍Food - GREATFrond desk Manager - Very nice of him for doing a...
