My experience at this newly established resort was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. The level of mismanagement and lack of professionalism exhibited by the staff was simply unacceptable. Despite the resort being touted as new and promising, my room fell far below expectations and failed to function properly. To make matters worse, the front desk staff demonstrated a complete lack of training and competence, rendering them incapable of effectively addressing guest complaints.
For a distressing period of three days, I endured the absence of hot water in my room, despite the issue being promptly brought to their attention and verified by housekeeping staffs. Shockingly, no action was taken to rectify the situation, leaving me to suffer in discomfort. As a supposed resolution, I was relocated to another room, only to discover that the shower there was equally flawed. It was impossible to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level, resulting in a frustrating experience throughout my seven-day stay.
What further exacerbates my disappointment is the fact that I paid a premium amount, 4000php per night, with the expectation of a reasonably hassle-free experience. However, the reality was far from it. The lack of empathy and disregard for the guests' well-being demonstrated by the front desk staff is simply inexcusable. On top of enduring subpar facilities, their failure to offer any form of compensation or acknowledgment for the grievances I suffered adds insult.
It is disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism and care in a supposedly new and promising resort. I strongly urge the management to take immediate action to address the numerous issues plaguing their establishment and to reevaluate their staff training and customer service protocols. Read moreThe property is nice upon first glance, but our party had innumerable issues with this place. The AC doesn’t work. The water pressure is low. There is no hot water. The back doors don’t lock. The shower floods OUTSIDE the bathroom. The beds are hard. There are threatening signs everywhere telling you what you will be charged for every minor infraction. Mosquitoes were coming out of the shower head. The swinging balcony chair broke with one of our elderly party members sitting on it, so the place is unsafe as well. They called another one of our party members at 11:30 pm demanding payment. The TV language is in Chinese only with no other option. They are EXTREMELY stingy about everything, and if you complain, expect a fight. Customer service is great until you want one more towel than the number of registered guests in the room, then you are a suspect. You only get one key to a room. Some in our party were kicked out of their room when they had requested an extra night months before, and then the employee tried to use scare tactics by insinuating a crime happened in the room because someone in our party cut his knee and bled on the sheets a bit. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and suspicious.
There was complimentary breakfast, which is nice and not always a given nowadays.
The majority of the time the employees were very friendly, and I believe the issue lies with the owners/managers.
The hotel is next door to a 7/11 which is very convenient, and probably the best thing about this place.

Reception hardly picks up the phone. And when you do get through, you’ll need to call multiple times as whatever you ask them for won’t come until the 3rd or 4th call.
Rooms don’t get made even with the sign out. even if the room gets made, towels aren’t replaced, bathroom amenities aren’t replaced, water isn’t replaced, sheets are not replaced. It’s not just our room either, when we got back from our island tour at 330pm, we saw 5 or 6 rooms that still had their sign up asking for their rooms to be made.
Beds also feel damp. The front door has a gap at the bottom so bugs and lizards can get inside the room. Bits of devices they’ve chosen blink (the tv) or has a bright light coming out of it (the mirror in the main area) so if you’re light sensitive you’ll need to block these.
Music is played outside until 10pm?? Rooms are not soundproof, if you’re staying on the 1st floor you’ll hear people upstairs walking around and moving furniture.
Reception has no knowledge of island activities and cannot book things for you or give advice.
It’s like they get the 1st step of anything right but then don’t follow through with the whole request. Don’t waste your time or money, and don’t trust their photos.
