I'm quite disappointed with the very bad service that I have received from this restaurant, specifically their manager Mr. Clifford. Last January 19, 2020, I dined at Manam Ayala Malls Manila Bay. Their food is new to my taste and quite good so when the one of the staffs encouraged me to avail of the moment card. I readily paid the P1,000 membership for the card and I tried to create my account. I have to wait for their website's email in order to confirm my account. 1 hour has passed and I have yet to receive the email. So I asked for their help and gave them my Moment Card so a confirmation email can be sent to my email. They promised to assist in confirming my email and my account and that they will just update me through my mobile number which I have given them. Unfortunately, I left my moment card in the establishment and I only realized that on January 26, 2020 when I was in Rockwell Mall and I sought the help of the staffs of Din Tai Fung Rockwell instead so my email and account can be confirmed, and with their help and efforts, my email was confirmed and my account was activated. So I called Manam Ayala Malls Manila Bay and I was able to talk to Mr Clifford, the manager. I politely requested that my card be sent to Manam Trinoma, to which he said that he will arrange and that he will contact me once he has sent out my card to Manam Trinoma. I even told him that their branch did not help me confirm my email and account and not a single call or update when they have asked for my contact number last January 19, 2020. After 24 days since I have made the request and after more than a month since I left my Moment Card in Manam Ayala Malls Manila Bay, and without receiving a single call or any update from Mr Clifford, I called yesterday to make the followup. I have asked to talk to Mr Clifford but he did not answer and instead asked a staff to talk to me and tell me that they will arrange delivery today to Manam Trinoma. When I insist that I want to talk to Mr Clifford, the staff said that they will just arrange delivery tomorrow and acted as if I'm bothering them already so I just said I will expect it tomorrow. The staff sounded like he can't wait to hang up the phone and that I'm bothering them too much already. Today, I called Manam Trinoma and I was able to talk to Ms. Jess and she informed me that no delivery of Moment Card as of 7:45pm. So disappointed... This is the worst Manam branch and in fact the restaurant with the worst service that I have visited through the years. I have visited several Moment Group establishments like Din Tai Fung SM Megamall and Din Tai Fung Rockwell, honestly I would rate their services as excellent. This Manam branch has the worst service among all the restaurants I have visited. The staffs of Manam Ayala Malls Manila Bay, specifically their manager Mr Clifford, has the worst customer attitude and service. I'm still waiting for them to deliver on their promise. It feels like "Waiting...

(TLDR) Food is good but with some important misses, service is slow/disorganized.

First time to try this branch, however I've tried Manam in BGC and Festival Mall Alabang. Food overall is quite consistent with others although there are just a few misses: Crispy pancit palabok (6/10) had very hard noodle strands (uncooked) which can be a choking hazard (it is really hard and pointy), good thing I was able to spit it out. Calamares (2/10) didn't come with sauce in it (they removed it since our table is already crowded but the staff forgot to put it back) so it was almost flavorless. I can still taste the weird/flour breading Ensaladang pako (7/10) is quite nice but had a weird aftertaste, my father recalls the Festival Mall branch being much more delicious

Aside from the food, here are my other comments:

Pros: Pet friendly. We had four small furbabies we had and no one bat an eye Good lighting and ambiance

Cons: Service is slow and very disorganized. There's no point person in our table so we tried to reach out to a lot of servers roaming around, but our requests still were served very slowly and after multiple follow ups (e.g. the extra soup for watermelon sinigang never came, the sauces for calamares missed, the cancellation of one order which took too long was missed, etc.) We were 9 in the table but they served water one small pitcher at a time, so it was never enough. We had to ask multiple times. One server told me he asked to play birthday song for my mom, but the audio was cracking and they didn't even finish half of the song. I felt it was lackluster and better if it wasn't done in the first place.

Overall I still had a good time but the service needs to be improved. Servers seemed to focus on cleaning out tables and other tasks rather than tending to...

Manam is the place to be. Good for team dinner and hungry tummy!

I enjoyed the food but i should be honest for the public who follows thia page: Beef sinigang in watermelon -meat is tender, falling off from the ribs, but kinda oily and lil bit salty. A must try for me as this is a new twist of our regular sour soup. Few veggies, too but the meat serving is good Fried bangus -tastes good. Not lasang burak. But not a good option as adtl for food variant and choice if it is part of the menu we ordered tonight Gising-gising in sigarillas - a must try Pork Sisig is a must! Crispy and yummy! Appetizer - chicharon bulaklak, calamari -tastes good. Best if dipped with their complimentary dips, vinegar and sweet and sour sauce, resp Beef salpicao - serving is so small, tastes good (the sauce) but meat is not tender. Their tempura version is good. Crispy and big shrimps. Pork binagoongan. - crispy and not your regular one. Is was not cooked and mixed together. A good option for ppl who doesnt like alamang in their pork Shake/juice con dessert - mango-pomelo-sago - i opted to have it coz its not the usual. The mango taste is lacking the real mango flavoring, the pomelo is just artistically added, sago is too much, creamer of the shake is too overpowering. In short, nakakaumay.

Service : good, you need to ask for water, they dont check if everyone was served

Place: location was nice, ambiance is airy and bright, i like the high ceiling

Price: okay for the serving

Overall 4...

POV: You only have 96 hours in Manila, but you land ready to hit the ground running because you flew direct on @united’s new non-stop flight from SFO to MNL. This was my first proper visit to Manila, and it was a complete sensory overload (exactly what I expected). Below are all the highlights from my visit – SAVE this for a future trip! FLIGHT The easiest route to Manila from the US is @united’s new non-stop route that connection San Francisco to Manila daily. HISTORICAL SIGHT Intramuros – This walled city is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Manila. Make sure to visit Casa Manila where you can rent a bamboo bike to explore the neighborhood. RESTAURANT Manam – Very popular spot for Filipinio comfort food with a few locations around the city MARKET Divisoria – A sprawling street market near Binondo (Chinatown) that sells just about everything. ROOFTOP BAR Mistral – There’s a great vibe here in the evenings thanks to the live DJ, tasty cocktails and spectacular viewsl. SHOPPING Mall of Asia – Shopping malls are hugely popular in Manila, and it wouldn’t be a visit to the city without a visit (or two!) to Mall of Asia. It has it all – restaurants, cafes, salons, spas, hotels, shops, the cinema, etc. SUNSET SPOT Island sunsets are pretty spectacular in The Philippines. Best place to see one in Manila is Manila Bay. TRANSPORT Tuk tuks are the most exciting way to get around, but taxis are definitely more practical (both are very affordable!). #myunitedjourney #unitedpartner #philippinestravel #phlippinestrip #manila #luzon

There is always a line here for a very good reason-- staff are courteous, food is delicious, ambience is homey. Modern filipino cooking at its finest. Best to come here before lunch time and in the afternoon. It gets packed easily.
