I am extremely disappointed with the service at your restaurant. We arrived at 8:40 PM, and there were still customers dining. The staff accepted our order and informed us that only chicken was available, so we proceeded with our meal.

However, after receiving our food and as other customers left, we were shocked to see the staff turn off the air conditioning, begin cleaning, and lift the chairs to the table while we were still eating. This made us feel unwelcome and rushed, despite being paying customers.

We recently placed a large order of 50 meals from Kenny Rogers, and the experience was very disappointing. Despite booking in advance, the staff gave us no assistance in bringing the food to our vehicle — not even a single offer to help. On top of that, they didn’t provide enough plastic utensils, which was a big inconvenience for such a large order. To make matters worse, the meals were not even properly boxed, which made carrying them extremely difficult. Place is pack with alot of people and just because of the brand. This location here lots of hoisefly and not clean the food. Had food poisoning after eating it. Maybe just my piece of chicken is not fully cook. When I approach the manager to change it. He told me is still edible and to eat the cook part. I wanted a refund or change but he refuse.
