Reaching the hotel has you go through a narrow road, passing through a public basketball "court" and ultimately isn't the place for a hotel.
Going to the reception, you'll find that it is located inside a dimly lit garage. Almost like a roadside mechanic shop. You're also greeted by cockroaches along the path.
The reception office is "ok". A couple of couches but not air-conditioned. It is fortunately lit better than the outside. A 500 peso security deposit is asked for when checking in.
There is no elevator, but the staff is helpful to bring your luggage up.

Read moreI contacted this hotel front-desk for double booking error with Agoda and issues with my room's puny little TV. No response on Agoda double booking error until I contacted the next front-desk associate, only to find out that Agoda resolution is still in progress! The No-Picture on TV resolution issue is still in progress. Apparently both Front-Desk Clerk were looking for the same Maintenance Person to fix my room TV. Both Ckerk left their shift without fixing my TV. No updates whatsoever until I went down to front-desk to find out there's no front-desk midnight shift, the Maintenance Man is DRUNK and pass-out while on duty. I may have paid dirt-cheap hotel like this one, but at least provide bare-ass customer service!! I have another RedDoorz property to stay within the following week. I will cancel that...
