Queensland Hotel — Hotel in Pasay

What an absolute dump . First of all you don't get a room key , you have to go through reception every time you leave to receive a leave pass and then when you come back you have to see reception again and wait at your door for someone to open your room for you . Hot water wasn't working in the showers . Can't even use the bathtub because there is no plug supplied , same as the basin . No toilet tissue supply . They have jandals in the room for you to use but they are not new , they are reuseable by all guests . The bedding is just 2 pillows and a flat sheet , no proper blanket . The fridge was making a very loud noise throughout our 2 day stay . Needs renovation . Very old and dirty. Wouldn't recommend staying here . Receptionist very rude and inefficient with her job , very slow . Max capacity of 2 people per room . Don't bother with this hotel . You're better off on...

Poor service. One of their staff is not nice. She doesn't know to handle customer needs especially the girl on the telephone, she is not approachable. I think she needs more training..The location of hotel is good but what i hate the most is one of their staff is not really good she is the worst thing we've encountered.. I don't know if she's a cashier or the boss. But I believe no matter what position she should learn to emphatize and practice...

The room is clean. I'll give you that and the room service is fast. But it lacks in room amenities, such as a ref and personal items, like tootbrush. And, I hate to say this, your hotel staff are unfriendly and hostile. Very disappointing! Plus construction noises can be heard in the room. Whatever happened to common courtesy?
