Absolutely not worth it. No staff present during our entire 3-day stay. We arrived at 6 AM and were met by an elderly woman who had just woken up and led us to a dusty, unverified room without checking if it was clean or safe. I was given a choice between two rooms, but it didn't feel like a real choice—l was just placed in a vacant space that felt more like a storage area than proper lodging. Tiles were broken, the sink was leaking, there was no shower head, and the floor was so dirty I had to wear slippers the whole time-yet my feet still got filthy. TV remote didn't work. Insects that bite kept flying in through a gap under the door. The place only has a few rooms and feels more like a dorm; random guests kept arriving, all equally confused about the owner's whereabouts. No check-in, no check-out.

Very accommodating staff - they have an all rounder staff named Ate Bhing who assisted us with our checkin, whole duration stay, and checkout. Room rate is reasonable given the size and amenities provided. The pension house is located in a strategic location where malls, market, carenderia, shops, and etc are accessible through walk or cabs. Had a good 5-night stay with the friendly staff - Ate Bhing and Aira!

Very nice place, malinis, affordable, mabait ang nga staff at yung pakiramdam na nasa bahay ka lang. Nasa city kaya malapit sa lahat ng bagay. Highly recommended especially sa mga backpackers👍👍👍

We were last April 10, 2018 with my 2 kids. I booked the Triple room good for 3 adults.||My disappointments were first the Receptionist is so clueless about our arrival. She told us to wait but I prefer to go somewhere to eat. When we came back about (3 hours), she said the booking is OK and she started to make-up our room and so we waited again :(. Second,She provided us only 1 towel instead of 3. They didn't provide soap/shampoo/etc, only 1 roll of tissue paper. Third, Their airport transfer which is they stated is Free is not available. I'll be happy if they help us get a tricycle since their airport trans not available BUT they did not care at all. ||And last, they give us 2 plated breakfast (1 small Sunnyside up egg, 1cup rice , 1 thinly sliced Maling and coffee) . This time I complained why they Give us only 2 Breakfast when my room charge is 3 adults. ||||In fairness their room is OK and clean. ||I hope they could improve their Service and Get some Staff.||There is only 1 Staff I saw during my stay, The receptionust-the room cleaner/attendant- the waitress rolled...

If you want to pay for a room, and do not use it for its purpose than it is the perfect place. We did not sleep because the light in front of your room was fully on all night and staff just outside our room spoke and moved chairs all night. I guess night staff was bored so they wanted to do something during the night. I had to tell them twice to move a bit further away, but this did not make them lower their voice.||Then in the morning we had the saddest breakfast ever, cardboard egg (1) and bread both...we had to put the jam on our bread with the back of a fork and put as well sugar in our coffees like that...because they had no tea spoons....||Then they forgot about our lift to the airport...of course I reminded them ob time....but they should be a little bit more on the ball.||||Just don't bother going....||Why do we pay for a room if then we don't sleep....||It is a family run hotel...i guess, ... But doesn't mean that all the family has to spend their bored time in from of...
